Returning to Puerto Rico after 27 years, I was delighted with my experience. Aloft San Juan matched my expectations, much like my upcoming booking in NY with an indoor pool. To further enhance the experience, I recommend improving the food quality at the WXYZ cafe in the lobby. The staff's welcoming nature showcased their passion for guest service. The surrounding area boasted numerous attractions. Rising daily at 6am, I fully immersed myself in the trip, which nonetheless felt too brief. Looking forward to the next visit, “Qué viva Puerto Rico”.
