This place was too far from other places and required a rental car to get around. Fast food places were limited so you had to eat at motel unless you went to other motels to eat

There are much better options in Puerto Rico. The additional fees you have to pay for this property are insane. The service is very mediocre for the cost of everything you'd think it would be much better. The staff pretty much lied about the chance of upgrading telling me it wasn't an option. However, I was able to go online and book the room. Do more research dont be like me. There are better options.

Contemporary property with an unusually good (fairly long) lap pool convenient to the Convention Center. Complimentary shuttle service every half hour to nearby beach and Old San Juan - but last van departs hotel at 4:30, so it’s not good for dinner transport. There’s an annoying $35 “resort fee” for services we didn’t use much or at all “enhanced wifi, free local calls, casino betting, welcome drink (had about 1/2 oz. of rum)”. There were some nasty stains on the hallway carpets and a clump of dark hair on a corner of the bathroom. Staff was friendly and efficient.
