This was my second stay at Aloft but unfortunately it did not meet the same experience as the first time. We checked in after 11pm. Upon getting off the elevator there was a foul smell in the hallway that was still there the following day. Our room also had a strong unplesasant odor. The bed had hairs on it and one of the pillows smelled musty.

My husband and I stayed for one night to enjoy the amenities around and the restaurants. The checkin experience was great. Excellent welcome and orientation by staff. Complimentary drinks. Good service at bar. The bathroom door to separate from the rest of the room was not working and had to stay open. At approximately 10 pm the room walls started trembling with no stop loud music beat sounds. Past 1 am we called the front desk and we were advised the noise was coming from the nearby nightclub at Distrito T mobile and expected to continue until 4 am. The loud nouise ended at 4:11 am thus we were unable to rest. Before leaving early that morning, we talked again to the staff at front desk and they reassured us the nightclub was being allowed to extend to 4 am only during a specific timeframe before the year ends. I am reassesing another booking I already have at this hotel in January 2026 based on the information on the curfew for this nightclub.

Aloft is cool

Very centralized in the heart of TMobile District. Overall, very safe, friendly staff and a clean place to stay. The special decor to promote the island was super cute. Restaurants nearby are grossly overpriced, and the quality of food was just mediocre. I would stay here again, but will definitely go outside of the district to eat, drink and hang out.

So loud. Its part of an entertainment complex, and there was live music with thumping bass going until 4 am on Friday night and 2 am on Saturday night. Got absolutely no sleep. Otherwise hotel is very nice.

While the property itself is modern and the staff is friendly, the bathroom ( bathtub, handle bars and sink) was dirty. The bathtub had hairs all over and there were black spots as well. Handlebars had brown spotting. I arrived and checked in at 8:00 pm, so I believe the lack of cleaning wasn’t because of lack of time.
