Very nice hotel by the beach with nice options to enjoy but in a gated community which makes access to amenities in the community difficult.

Rooms, beds and carpets are old and badly need replacing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing this property has going for it is a fantastic shared pool with E.Suites next door and beach access but be warned there are not many chairs and you may have to pay for lounge chairs and umbrellas. Casino/bowling/a few restaurants very close.

Go somewhere else

The room temp was crazy, the floors stay wet, any where there is not carpet. If u leave cloths out wheb u come back to the room they are damp or wet. The jacuzzi in our room didn't work. We had a hole in the floor under the carpet, and we killed at least 3 roaches. As we talk to people there they all had the same problem. When asked to try another the the response was they were fully booked. The grounds outside we great. So we stayed away from the room as much as possible. The room is very over priced. The hotel need to close and remodel.

The Staff was Amazing ! But the resort was extremely dirty especially the rooms ! The curtains had stains the balcony and room had spider webs ! The window seals were filthy! The resort had so much potential it just needs work.

The first room given to us in this very very run down complex was literally flooded and I was in the third floor. Not only was there an inch of water all over the tile and the carpet, but there was a huge mop and bucket so it was obviously k own about before they gave that room to us. The second room wasn’t flooded but was nearly as disgusting. This place is not the listing in the photos.

The room was very sub par. Carpet was sticky and damp. The fixtures were old. The bed was only okay. I asked to fill a water bottle at the restaurant and they said no I can only buy bottled water from the vending machines in the hotel. No food available anywhere on property between the hours of 9:30-11. So if you want food you have to leave the property. This hotel was mediocre at best. Wouldn't return. For $150 a night I expect a little better than a dive hotel.
