The stay was sub-par and did not meet our expectations at all. The hotel is outdated with stains on the carpet and the bathroom can use an update. The lobby is probably the cleanest and the elevators had stain marks and did not work half the time.

Renovaron el lobby pero las habitaciones con las mismas cosas viejas de hace mas de 10 años las sigo viendo, los tv tienen coneccion de internet pero no sirve, todo esta limpio pero viejo, espejos con moho, el personal es amable pero los de seguridad malcriados y hablan con actitud, pagas por 3 dias pero el ck in es por la tarde y el checl out a las 11 y si llegas antes o estas despues de las 11 te quieren cobrar $25 por persona.

This place didn’t have much of anything. The room was clean, spacious and mine had a washer and dryer. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that the bar opened early and closed early. The whole switching towel slug with a card option is such an inconvenience. The having to valet your parking ticket was another inconvenience. There wasn’t much to do on the resort. The beach was nasty! The pool was clean from what I could see:

There really was no eating options on property except for the bar and Grill next to the pool, where the black birds will bug you while you eat your food. So I had to take my food and go to my room to finish it. Then I opted out for a Uber delivery for dinner. I really need better blankets and maybe some paint because there was rust in different places of the room.

So we arrived at the hotel much later than we were supposed to but that was due to the airline. When we arrived the girl working at night expressly told us when she gave us some wristbands that we were to wear them if we go to the pool. She also gave us our key cards which there were several to have to manage. When we got up the next morning we're walking around the property and we had not visited the pool yet. I went up to the desk to ask a question and the manager who I found out his name is Victor fastest who we were and what room were in and why we didn't have our wristbands on and told us he would call security if we did not wear them. It was not necessary to threaten us like that especially when one of his employees did not tell us that we had to have it on at all times since he is the manager that is his fault for not training his staff properly! As for the property there were several broken doors limited entrances, the restroom was awful with broken paper holders and a room and dustpan just thrown on the floor, and no food at that property we had to go to the embassy suites next door in order to find a restaurant to eat at and they looked at a sideways because we're not staying at that property! Overall the thing I dislike the most was the staff and obviously the manager Victor as his condescending attitude and threatening actions ruined the stay! I will never go back there and I do not recommend anyone else go either!

The pictures and reciews do not reflect the comdition of this property. If you are thinking resort lower your expectations to roadside motel! The "resort" is run down. For reference I have lived in Hawaii and stayed in many different hotels across the country. There is a difference between run down and just needs updating When I tried to check in I no one was at the front desk but I could hear a woman talking in the back. I then looked back thru the door and said hello she looked right at me and continued gossiping with her co worker. When she was good and ready came up front and continued to talk while I stood there with my CC and ID in hand. Then when she was ready looked up said Senora and that was it! No smile no welcome. Same at checkout not how was your stay thank you for staying with us:/ Only one working elevator/next day both were out during checkout and everyone had to use service elevator 4th floor you are hit with the smell wet carpet /mildew/mold. The carpet had mold in some areas and the walls chipped paint / plaster. The room the same. Chaulking around shower tub cracked, stained tub, rust on base of toilet. Vent in bathroom full of dust and lint. 3 very thin towels Phone not working. Coffee maker missing basket. I tried to check out early but expedia couldn't get ahold of them because they dont answer. They were aware of all this and made not attempt ou want a great experience stay some place else.Longer review on google.

Roaches in all rooms, we were there for a week and not one time did our room get cleaned. No towels were clean. When we called to ask about where to put the trash, the representative was very rude. When we checked in we were told parking was validated, when we went to check out no one was at the front desk, I got an email charging me for parking on their property. The elevators stopped working there was no warning nor calls to us on this. The TVs didn’t work. Horrible experience and do not recommend. ROACHES!

Better off somewhere else

The stay was not good . The bed was not comfortable with very thin blankets despite it being cold . If you or someone you’re going with is handicapped, I also would not recommend because they do not care seen by the few ramps there are that are far away from the casino and asking months in advance for a handicapped room just to not get one . The room is average at best , but the price of this hotel is NOT cheap. The elevators were horrible, they were barely working and again, for the price you’re paying, not worth it. There’s stains everywhere. In order to get to the casino, you have to pass the gate where the cars go through and again, very difficult for a handicapped person and for the price you’re paying , you would think things would be more professional. This hotel is a cash grab and you’re better off anywhere else . Also, my family member fell near the casino which there’s tiny rocks on the ground ( and there aren’t any lights ) and it took 20-30 minutes of me going to the receptionist and asking for help and they couldn’t find one singular wheelchair in those 20-30 minutes and were barely any help and didn’t have any sense of urgency.
