Close to shopping cruise pier and eateries. Staff was very friendly. Free bottled water was available. There is a neat atrium on the property. Wish there was a place to put shampoo and soap in the shower.

Bed was very comfortable, noise was not an issue as I read other reviews, we were on 4th floor. Room was small but very comfortable. Morning shower was cold, not complaining just letting those that can’t handle know. Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean.

Centrally located in the heart of Old San Juan. However, the room was slightly smaller than I expected, and the cover photo on Expedia is of a nearby location, not something on site. Overall it was economic and good value, would recommend if it's your first time in Puerto Rico.

Very friendly and hospitable staff! Super clean rooms and bed was incredibly comfortable, AC was cold enough. Hotel was walkable to restaurants and historical sites. Grocery store, drug store and the best Marshall’s store in the country is located across the street! We will be back!

This is a clean no nonsense place to stay in historic Old San Juan. For folks that just need a place to sleep, shower and change it is perfect and very inexpensive. I loved no paying resort hotel prices for amenities I won’t use because I am always out seeing the sights. Recommendations for the hotel. The room I was in lacked a soap dish or shelf in the shower. There was no place to put the soap and shampoo. I used the bathroom sink which was conveniently close to the shower door. The beds are high so they also need a chair or bench in each room where guests can sit and put on their shoes. The staff there was excellent!
