Do you a favor and just book a chain property. I checked in at 6 am, they greeted me nicely, but the room water was cold& the socket in the bathroom didn’t work, there is no big mirror for you to see your outfit. The room smelled like mildew. And includes no toiletry items like complimentary toothpaste, lotion etc. I called prior to the trip, asked if I should get a rental they said no. Well uber added up spent like 400$ on uber. Hotel is nice for aesthetics but that’s it. The guy that’s in his 20s front desk was rude, knocked on my door at 6am of my last night there bc I placed my towels outside, mind you, the room is the size of a cubicle. And got upset that I did that most hotels with pools want you to do that an I was told to do that when I asked for more towels from another FD there! Oh and they made me move rooms my last day I was there bc they needed the broken room I was in. He didn’t tell me until after 1130 and I was in my bathing suit about to leave an g to an excursion I booked, so I had to move all my stuff and wait til this new room was ready and it delayed my day…mind u I had already been there for like 3 days and he kept threatening to charge me a late fee bc I needed to hurry up an move rooms! When he just told me 30 minutes prior. very pushy and demanding to me I didn’t appreciate that. Kept saying he has to up charge me to stay in the room, I decided I was going to pay it and then he kept saying even though I pay it I still have to move rooms.?? Annoying!
