This property was definitely a surprise. My husband and I stayed for 4 days. It felt like we were at a spa retreat! Staff was so nice and friendly and the girl at front desk(Alexa) was very welcoming . We are definitely coming back!

The property is charming but fell short of my expectations. Let's start with the room door lock, which was a constant hassle. They provide a 4-digit code, but opening the door daily became a headache. The room itself is small and cute, but there were several inconveniences. First, there’s no hot water. When I inquired, I was told that, as a "Green Hotel," the shower water is only heated to 80–85 degrees—completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no phone in the room, meaning any assistance required a trip to the reception area. Basic amenities were missing: no ironing board or iron, no full-length mirror (just a small one above the sink), no closet for hanging clothes, and not even a chair in the room to sit on. While this is an adults-only facility, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, sinking awkwardly in the middle. The service at the reception was disappointing as well. The staff member I interacted with had a nasty attitude when asked any questions, which added to the unpleasant experience. On a positive note, the pool was small but nice, and ironically, the pool water was warmer than the shower water in the room. SMH Overall, while the property has a cute aesthetic, it simply didn’t meet my standards for comfort or convenience. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Our stay was amazing and Jeremey was very welcoming and made our stay excellent. Definitely a 10/10 and a must stay hotel! The bar was amazing as well our bartender made excellent drinks!

Pros: Location is good (about 10-minute walk to beach and restaurants). Entire place is relatively new. Pool and breakfast area are nice, although, the round lounge cushions are already showing some discoloration and wear. Staff was nice (but not always responsive, more on that below). They have free parking on site (right in front) that was convenient. Continental breakfast was limited but adequate. Cons: We had to ask to get new towels delivered to the room (cleaning staff would take towels but not leave new ones). We had to ask to have the garbage taken out, to get new rolls of toilet paper. In every case we had to wait 30 minutes to 2 hours (with multiple reminders) to get these delivered. I'm not sure why the cleaning staff didn't just take care of these tasks but in our case they didn't. Our room was right next to the pool and breakfast area so music was blaring starting at about 7am in the morning until 11pm at night. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep before 11pm or past 7am. YMMV if you are in other rooms. I'm not a fan of the digital code room entry. It never opened the door on the first try (in some cases it took 5-6 tries to get the door to open). When they check you in have the staff show you how to lock the door and open it. Try it with them there to make sure it works. I'd much prefer a keycard to that system.

The property was very beautiful and clean. It seems all the rooms are located around the pool and bar, so if you are trying to sleep before midnight, forget it.

This is beautiful property. It has so much potential to be a great place, but the flaws are hard to get past to give good ratings. We were there 6 nights and had no hot water in the shower. The sink water was hot but not the shower. We informed the front desk and it was never corrected. Come to find out the tankless hot water heaters are only meant for one sink. Also, housekeeping it not at all thorough. They only made our bed. They would take towels and not leave new ones. We never had wash clothes. They did not leave toilet paper. They did not take our dirty coffee cup, didn’t leave anymore coffee. They did however leave a note asking for a tip, which we left one until we realized they were not doing anything. The rooms are very small. They do not have closets or dressers, so we lived strictly out of our suitcases. They one small vanity mirror. It would be an easy add to put a full length mirror on the bathroom door. The tv is not centered with the bed, easy fix. The bathroom sink on top of a very small vanity makes it where you cannot even place your bathroom bag on top while you get ready. The pool area is beautiful. The pool bathroom was dirty. The landscaping and ambience is very nice, peaceful. The guys at the front desk are super friendly. I hope they work on making some adjustments and become better hosts.
