Beautiful hotel with lots of restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Short drives to Old San Juan, La Placita, and El Yunque. Very nice pool, bar, and restaurant at hotel. Staff was friendly, but not incredibly helpful or attentive. Room was small but we weren’t hanging out in there anyways. Lots of great spots to hang out outside at the hotel.

Overall great experience and stay in this unique boutique hotel located in Carolina. Staff were warm and friendly especially Christopher from the reception! Rooms are clean but wished that both the room and bathroom had more ventilation/windows. It has 24hrs gym with shower, co-working space, cute pool and bar/restaurant (Laut is the name). Interiors were aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. They are also kind enough to keep our luggages for us after checking-out and still get to use other hotel facilities like the pool/gym. There is also a nice coffee shop beside it. Beach is just across from the hotel, you have to use an overpass bridge to get to it, gate 4 or 3 would be the nearest access to the beach, 5-10 minutes tops.

The place was a lot dirtier than we expected. Our room was also a lot smaller than we anticipated and was poorly kept. Dirt and dust was all over the floors when we got there. Their "continental" breakfast was also just bagels and croissants. The person at the desk hyped it up to much and it turned out to be a let down. No drink options either at this "continental breakfast". The shower was so hard to manage, one second it was scalding hot and the next it was freezing. The pool and area surrounding the pool was also poorly kept. The keypad to enter the room was harder to use than expected. It required multiple attempts before being let in. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the location of the property was perfect considering how close it was to the airport and Old San Juan. Great food options nearby.

I liked the fact that they let us use the pool while we waited for our check in time, they also kept our suitcases, I didn’t like the breakfast since the variety wasn’t the best. Front desk woke me up asking if I was the owner of a vehicle and I told them no, none of my friends or myself had a car, she said okay and apologized, later that day I received a call but I couldn’t answer it at the time and then while I was in the beach (literally in the water ) I’m receiving texts talking about that this is the last and 3rd warning and that I had to move my vehicle when I had told them that same day that I did not have one, they said that they checked the security cameras and came to the conclusion that it was us when the only form of transportation we used was Uber. Then I received 2 pictures from a stained towel that my red hair dye left, no good morning, no nothing, just the pictures and then when I flew back home I noticed that I have 2 charges from there for $20 dollars, you mean to tell me that each towel costs $20 dollars ? We were sleeping when they came to clean so when we went out that day I told one of the guys there that the room needed toilet paper, literally only told them that but he asked if I needed anything else like clean towels and stuff so I said sure, later that day came back to find out they did everything but put toilet paper, had to go outside and take one from a cleaning cart I found , had to do that twice actually.

The hotel staff were excellent and very responsive. It was a short walk to the beach where the hotel provided chairs and umbrellas. We did not use the hotel restaurant but instead walked to several other nearby places. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good. Hotel is less than 2 miles from the airport. This hotel was a good choice.

Pros ~ Easy check-in credit card($200cash dep for debit). The property is clean and quiet with a mid size pool area. Beach chairs and umbrella is available free of charge. Restaurant serves good dinner for a premium price. Close to plenty of restaurants , uber works fine. Cons ~ Restaurant opens late and closes early. Pool isn’t big enough to swim and no pool entertainment. Drinks are over priced for what’s served. Recommend getting a car if you stay at this location and bring a wash cloth and towels.

I love the boutique feel of the property. It's a great vibe. It's sexy and I love it being adults only. I wish the breakfast was better. It was often low or out of things and they were not replenished. Same with the pool and beach towels.

I liked walking into what felt like an oasis when you opened the door- leaving San Juan behind you for another time to explore. Close to great bakeries and other attractions we planned to explore. The beach access was close and easy and loved having the chairs and umbrellas available as needed. Beds were very comfortable and pool was refreshing. To me clean and safe are important and this place was clean and safe. The shower was always nice and warm and the air conditioning cold. There is also a great courtyard to sit and read a book or even take in the sun. I also used the coworking room when I needed to- which was nice and quiet. The only thing that could have been better for me was having a place to put your clothes rather than keeping them in my suitcase. There were places floating shelves would have been perfect rather than a ladder. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

Beautiful hotel, nice for photo ops, walking distance to almost everything nearby. Beach is 4 mins away. My only issue with the place would have to be accessing the room door but after awhile we got a hang of it. 10/10 will be back!

The room was VERY small we couldn’t open two suitcase at the same time , front parking lot it nice and pretty but if you need to park in the back your faced with exposed PVC plumbing, open tranches & trash. Hotel is beautiful but be prepared to get woken up every hour to people coming & going outside, flushing toilets all night long. The beach is only a short walk over a highway bridge and down a street. Check in is a 3pm and 3pm sharp , we arrived 20 mins early , no exceptions.. a rule is a rule and I’m fine with it , but you better deliver on the experience afterwards. They didn’t . Not horrible , but not what we thought it be
