This place is super convenient and a block from the beach. It’s across from Walgreens which is a plus. They have food, a bar and lots of space to work from a laptop or have meetings. At the beach, they have staff that will set you up with chairs and umbrellas.

Pros: - Convenient Location a few steps from the beach, restaurants and bars. - Friendly staff ready to accommodate any of your needs - Ample sized parking, comfy bed - Pool and spa opened 24 hours Cons: - Dated facilities, dusty rooms with some mold - 45 dollar a day fee plus your room fare, I forgot to read the fine print on this one, I would’ve probably stayed elsewhere if I’ve known. - Thin windows/walls meant that it was noisy, we actually requested a room change due to not being able to sleep for two nights because of the loud noises. - Breakfast could be better. Same 4-5 options each day. Overall it was our first stay in PR and the experience was ok, we will probably go with a better option next time we return.

Place is good. I paid for resort fees through my booking but was asked to pay them again when I checked in, even after telling them I had already paid. Room was good but had very noisy neighbors who liked to scream at their children. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again. For the amount of money they charged, I expected significantly higher level of service.

Our recent stay at the Condado Palm Inn San Juan was a mix of positives and negatives. Here's a breakdown of our experience: Pros: Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Front Desk Service: The customer service at the front desk was great. Water Quality: Excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. Cons: Noise Levels: Unfortunately, this was the major drawback of our stay. The noise levels were extremely high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We could hear everything happening both inside the building and outside. The excessive noise significantly impacted our ability to rest and relax. Overall Impression: While the Condado Palm Inn San Juan has some strong points, particularly in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities, the noise issue is a serious concern. For light sleepers or those seeking a quiet getaway, this might not be the best choice. However, if you're a heavy sleeper or don't mind ambient noise, you might find the hotel's other qualities make up for this drawback. Recommendation: Consider your priorities when booking. If a quiet environment is crucial for your stay, you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you value cleanliness and good service over quietness, this hotel could still be a decent option.
