Pros: - Convenient Location a few steps from the beach, restaurants and bars. - Friendly staff ready to accommodate any of your needs - Ample sized parking, comfy bed - Pool and spa opened 24 hours Cons: - Dated facilities, dusty rooms with some mold - 45 dollar a day fee plus your room fare, I forgot to read the fine print on this one, I would’ve probably stayed elsewhere if I’ve known. - Thin windows/walls meant that it was noisy, we actually requested a room change due to not being able to sleep for two nights because of the loud noises. - Breakfast could be better. Same 4-5 options each day. Overall it was our first stay in PR and the experience was ok, we will probably go with a better option next time we return.

Place is good. I paid for resort fees through my booking but was asked to pay them again when I checked in, even after telling them I had already paid. Room was good but had very noisy neighbors who liked to scream at their children. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again. For the amount of money they charged, I expected significantly higher level of service.

Our recent stay at the Condado Palm Inn San Juan was a mix of positives and negatives. Here's a breakdown of our experience: Pros: Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Front Desk Service: The customer service at the front desk was great. Water Quality: Excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. Cons: Noise Levels: Unfortunately, this was the major drawback of our stay. The noise levels were extremely high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We could hear everything happening both inside the building and outside. The excessive noise significantly impacted our ability to rest and relax. Overall Impression: While the Condado Palm Inn San Juan has some strong points, particularly in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities, the noise issue is a serious concern. For light sleepers or those seeking a quiet getaway, this might not be the best choice. However, if you're a heavy sleeper or don't mind ambient noise, you might find the hotel's other qualities make up for this drawback. Recommendation: Consider your priorities when booking. If a quiet environment is crucial for your stay, you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you value cleanliness and good service over quietness, this hotel could still be a decent option.

The walls and floor were damp and wet due to humidity. Not enough towels for 4 adults. Facility was in great location for easy walking to see the city. Bartender was very helpful and gave great vibes and super friendly.

This property had its pros and cons. It was close to the beach which was nice and had all the basic necessities which is good. Property was clean and smelled nice as soon as you entered. Staff was not as friendly, but they weren’t rude either. For the price I would stay again but definitely not the best hotel. Also it does get pretty noisy so we could hear doors slamming and even the elevator so it may it hard to sleep. Overall not bad.
