There was mold in the bathroom.: (2) the closest door doesn’t stay closed when you close it (3) the safe door doesn’t stay in place with out locking you have to check yourself before you hurt your fingers between the two doors the safe and the closet doors.

Soooo the Hilton hotel was originally a best western hotel and they have some stuff they need to work out, front desk staff was lovely especially the evening staff. The hotel is hit or miss. Would recommend staying in the blue tower is you can however you don’t have much of a balcony, if that’s important to you then do the green tower. You can only get ice from the first floor which I’m used to every floor having an ice machine but it is what it is. House keeping does leave the room doors open you have to pull hard to make sure the room door is closed so for our privacy we didn’t have housekeeping come in because why would I risk my stuff getting stolen since my room door is open. The other thing that was weird to me is that despite paying for breakfast (which I don’t recommend just bring extra money to eat out) the selection was small and when my husband wasn’t feeling well I asked if I could bring a piece of bread up to him just to help calm his stomach and I was told no

Room was not ready after check in time. We were given an upgraded room for this inconvenience but the air didn’t work in PH3. We called several times. No one came. The next morning , no one came until we went to speak with staff in person. Air was fixed later that day but never below 68 degree F. We wouldn’t recommend
