Great property! I loved the amenities (24 hr pool, hot tub, hotel beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, restaurant, and chocobar). The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious with plenty of lighting and mirrors. There was a mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in the ocean view room on the 16th floor and it was such a wonderful view. The parking was convenient. There is also a gym. The location was great! Close to everything. 1 block to the beach. Uber drop off and pick up were easy. Definitely book this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

A nice property just a short walk to the beach. Should be a recipe for 5*. But too noisy and poor window shades made it impossible to sleep some nights. Bring your ear plugs to cancel out all the horn honking. It also felt like they were a nickle and dime resort with everything being a $$$ upgrade. Dont lower your base cost and then add resort fees etc o. top of it. Restaurant is git or miss. Good breakfast and then they served my wifr expired/rancid pork for lunch.

Very nice hotel,clean and staff was definitely the highlight. The hotel may need some fixing in the rooms but are clean and beds are comfortable. Coffee shop inside is a must go to and hotel is a block away from beach. Definitely coming back!

Close to the beaches, the beach club services included with the property are about two blocks away Guests may not realize that as it’s not widely publicized. Resort fees of $49 (includes tax) are charged daily It says it includes in room bottles of water but we didn’t receive a daily supply and only got fresh towels when we asked. Other than that everything was pretty good, continental breakfast is only for gold and diamond members, others pay a fee. But it’s so close to amazing dining options for all meals so we didn’t bother with anything more than their free morning coffee in lobby. In the busy center of Condado and some nights were noisy but that’s typical of any city
