I paid for my room and never stayed one night there. The agent who was a guy at front desk was very rude. He told me I couldn’t stay there because I had my 12 yr old daughter and my reservation was for an adult. I asked if I could pay for an additional room or bed and her said “Miss I don’t want to keep having this conversation with you. I stayed on the side of the road with my daughter until I got another hotel reservation done. We then wheeled our suitcases to the next hotel and I must say that place had a way better customer service and hospitality..
I faced racism and discrimination from your establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone whos a mother. They have no discretion or empathy. I asked to speak with management and the was told that can’t be done. I am waiting for a refund because I neve received a key for my room or spent a night there.
Worse experience ever!!!
If you’re a black woman do not go here!! There are better places in the area to spend your money.
