Great location. Came with my bestie 2 in room recieved only one key. No elevater stayed on 3rd floor. Its clean and friendly staff. Feel rite at home. Wud recommend to friends.

First I'll start with the Pros: Its only a 3 minute walk to the beach, its right next to a lot of local food spots, they have ac and activities near by, they provided beach towels and sunscreen and the staff were pretty welcoming, especially Eddie. Cons: in my room the towels that I initially were given were dirty with yellow spots and the mini fridge in the room wasn't working properly so the food I packed went bad. I also had to go downstairs because there were no batteries in the remote. Only 1 of the outlets in my entire room worked so there were nights I couldn't charge my phone or watch tv. I had tried to wash laundry as it's listed on the site but only staff can use the laundry and they were trying to charge additional money for laundry to be washed. Overall, if your main goal is to have a place to stay that's close to the beach then this is a good choice. But the hotel is not very up to date.

I should have read reviews. Room very small, old and not very functional ( not even a towel rack in bathroom and a choice between freezing cold or extreme hot water). No elevator and stairs very steep in narrow walk way ... not easy to carry luggage. We stayed for one night because location was in between cruise terminal and airport. The only positive things I can say is that front desk lady very nice and there was a small ootside area to escape the tiny and gloomy room. Would not stay again.

It wasn’t really clean. I’m not sure if the room got cleaned before I arrived. Besides that I needed to switch my room in because in the first room you couldn’t close the windows. It was already very loud in the morning because there were some workers in the garden. The staff and service was nice though. Very friendly people.

I like that the hotel is close to so many places to eat. Close to a few pharmacy's that sell everything you could possibly need. The front desk staff was really nice. I also like that you have to be buzzed into the building you can not just walk in. I loved the room we had on the 4th floor with a big patio and a kitchenette. I did not like that they only gave us 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for 2 people. I also didn't like that the deadbolt lock on the doir didn't work. The room only had a bedroom style lock to lockthw door. When we called for another washcloth we were told that they weren't sure if they had any. Good thing we travel with our own stuff. We only stayed one night. Overall it wasn't that bad and I would definitely stay there again. Oh and they dont have an elevator so be prepared if you have heavy luggage.
