I absolutely loved this resort. The view from inside staring out is breath taking. We had an issue with our shower and was immediately accommadated for the inconvenience. My limited issues consist of the limited food choice. Along with the pricing of food and drinks which were a bit expensive. However I get it.

Very noisy, had to wear earplugs at night. Hot tubs were broken with murky water. One elevator out of two wasn’t working in our building. Very crowded in one had to wait often. Service was extremely slow, not sure if this was intended or not. The food was amazing wherever you ate, worth the long wait. Room overall in wave wing was very spacious and clean. Bedside table plug ins did not work.

The hotel is beautiful it’s a shame that the staff and the service was terrible. Our original room was not giving to us because according to the front desk there was a better room more (modern). We finally get to the room that’s more modern and the bathroom seems like there’s blood on the walls. We mention to the staff and they gave us another room same building but not with an ocean view. We go back and just asked for our original room. The manager never follow up with us or even seem to care about the situation. A big part of me felt like this was more about racism and the fact that my spouse and I where not white and where being treated differently throughout the whole trip from the bartenders to the front desk. This was my birthday destination to come and celebrate but honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back.

The most horrible place to be with no air conditioner and no hot water, the room was filthy and dirt all over, I was complaining to the room service staff and manager nothing took place, they say is it will be taking care but nothing was done. Never recommend to any one will never do it again!!!!
