This property should charge considerably less for the poor quality it offers. We had to switch rooms three times because of cleanliness issues. In general, it’s run down, dingy and the rooms even smell of mold. It felt dirty - not pleased with this place at all. The only good thing was the location that allowed me to be away from the property is much as possible.

The Hotel was good. The hotel staff was amazing and the facilities wete clean. The only inconvenience was Rustica Ristorante, while the food was ok the service wasnt. The waitresses provided a poor service and was unfriendly.

My family and I stayed at this property for 3 nights to enjoy all the Puerto Rico offers! We have stayed at many resorts in Puerto Rico over the years and we have our new favourite! The resort is clean, great service, exceptional dining options for dinner, lunch and the included breakfast was way above expectations. The pools area is massive, with load of sun and fun to be had. The gym is clean, big and again exceptional. The rooms are clean, great views, quiet and comfortable. Exceptional resort, family friendly but also classy and perfect for couples.
