The property needs a lot of renovations. It appears as if they have done absolutely nothing to maintain the property. The rooms are seriously outdated (the furniture is old and falling apart). They no longer have 3 pools as stated, (the pool is in need of some serious work) and half of the property seems to be no longer functional. I was so disappointed that I booked for 2 nights and left after the 1st night. They hotel should be upfront about the conditions of the property rather than charging and outrageous amount of money for a hotel that's starting to look like a motel. I gave it 2 stars because the staff were very nice and did their best to accommodate us, but quite frankly if it wasn't for that I'd give it 1 star. BTW, I tried to upload pics but it wouldn't upload.

We had a great stay here! The pools and beach were amazing and made us never want to leave the resort. The restaurants had great food and drinks as well, and staff was very friendly.

The property was beautiful! Had a variety of shopping malls , restaurants and etc . I was confused because I was supposed to pay a free upon arrival but it was $200+ more daily for incidentals. In addition, it was told to me that resort fee was included in the fee I paid but after checking out an outstanding bill was sent to me . Every time I went to the resort I was charged . Money was taken off my card before checking out and they couldn’t give me a reason exactly. Besides that had a great time .

This is a tried and true place to stay. It is a beautiful location and the property itself is top notch. The staff was sometimes hit or miss with most of the staff being very friendly and helpful.
