So first things first this was not what I paid for the hotel was shut done so we were moved to a sister location with no notice at all. First could not find any parking finally called the number on the door was directed to park some where 3 blocks away..given a key went to our room no coffee pot or coffee tv did not work for 2 nights taking a shower and did not need to use cold because the hot water did not get hot enough then the drain got clogged up. The room had no coffee pot no microwave no refrigerator was told we could use the main kitchen that had a community refrigerator. Eddie was one of the associates was veey nice and did his best to fix the tv. I will say i will never recommend this place even for short visits. The parking was ridiculous we drove around each night for 30 minutes teying to find parking I had knee replacement and it took a toll on me with having yo walk so far.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to PR! It’s close enough to everything yet just enough out of the way for some peace and quiet.

The place was close to the beach and walkable. Many restaurants nearby. Upon arrival there was no one available to greet me. Personnel was at another location working from there. Wifi was horrible. Upon returning to my room one evening there was a man exercising outside my room for over two hours.No staff available to complain to. All restaurants in the Condado area were expensive. I call this a tourist trap. One may prefer staying over at Isla Verde or any other location outside of San Juan.

Look Ana was a great host this is a family run apartment style / hotel I believe they’re working to modernize the rooms soon. The AC was great the WiFi was great the TV options were fantastic Just good people fantastic service Very quiet near all the Condado restaurants Beach is 5 minute walk easy to get a drink an beach gear ahead of landing on the Beach

I liked the Casa Del Caribe very much. The bed was nice and clean. And we had Air Conditioning and cable TV. Other then not having a refrigerator there wasnt anything bad to say about the place. Staff was friendly. Convenient location with beach a short walk away. I think next time we visit we may even stay at their sister location.

I was a bit annoyed due to the fact they made me wait outside for over 20 minutes to check in and my daughter was attacked by mosquitoes but the gentleman was very apologetic. I wanted to rent a place owned by a Puerto Rican and this was it. I have to admit the place outside and their courtyard is very cute island vibe but the halls and rooms were a bit creepy but the kindness of the employees especially the older man I think Eddie was his name offsets the look. Since it was just my daughter and myself I got a room with 1 bed and it was perfect for us. I would rent again just because the staff are so nice and attentive.

It was clean, quiet, cozy, great location,I felt like I was in somebodys house instead of a hotel.(lovely) I slept with the coqui sounds lol They just need to do some renovations to it because is an old property but clean that needs to be updated. Everything else was great.
