I booked a two beds room, it was big and actually was a suite , had stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sofa bed. The stuff was great specialty Ann and Mr. Eric. The location is amazing, everything was walking distance, beach, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. the only complain I have is that they have two hotels and one person to do the check in- is a phone number on the door to call when nobody opens the door to the hotel. The stuff has to run from one location to the other to do the check in. Why? The owner should hired enough stuff to run the hotel that one guess received fast service and the stuff do not have to deal with upset customers, I think is very unfair for employees been running blocs to assist a guest. Besides that, I recommend this hotel. Great customer service . Thank you guys

Nice small hotel very close to everything including beaches and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend over the more expensive options in the area.

I did love how close my hotel was to the beach and for the price we paid it was suitable, i didn't personally like that the pictures are not very on point with the actual hotel, and for one day our tv didn't work but they fixed it the next morning.i appreciate them taking time to fix the tv and they were attentive.

The only good thing about this property is the location. I usually don't share bad experiences in my reviews, but perhaps this would be beneficial for the management. The staff was really unwelcoming, to the point that I was denied a fresh set of towels after the third day of recycling. The room was very sad and dark, the wifi was very unreliable, and there are no amenities whatsoever. However, it's just half a block from the Main Street and beach, so the location is very convenient.

The staff are very friendly! We loved hanging out in the little outdoor patio area. It was also walking distance from the beach, a bunch of restaurants, and a 24 hour pharmacy. We had everything we needed ! The room itself was small and pretty dark, but it was clean and the beds were comfy enough.

I would have given 2 stars if it weren't for Anna! Anna was awesome, she took the time to explain to is that there were other properties we could access, she arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport at 2 am. The gentlemen that worked the desk told us nothing about the extra amenities. This place is okay for a quick trip of you don't plan on spending time in the room. It was simple just a bed and a bathroom. The property could use a serious upgrade, but we had clean towels in our room everyday, the property was kept clean.The area is excellent everything is just a block away.Anna saved the day!!

Check in process was terrible waited approximately an hr and a half to be let in after repeated phone calls to gain access to the property. Upon entry to what could’ve been decent for the price and just a quick overnight stay to set my things and go out on the town, I was greeted by stained towels and some type of substance in the bathroom sink. There was nobody to complain to as the person who checked me in quickly disappeared after check in. Upon calling Orbitz and requesting a refund they reached out to the hotel who stated I never checked in and they tried to call me. I was able to provide photographs, call logs and proof that my cc was used at the property for incidentals. The hotel continued to state I was never there. With documentation I was issued a full refund from Orbitz.

This property was super nice and cozy to sleep in, had a ton to do in a walkable area around it. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants around it. If you have a rental car parking can sometimes be tough, but overall an amazing stay!
