The hotel is nice decorated, quiet and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem I had is unstable water supply during the first morning shower. The water stopped for about 10 minutes. I had to wipe myself with some shampoo still on my hair, and then returned for the second shower when water was back.

The hotel was beautiful and the pictures posted don’t do it any justice. It’s gorgeous and very affordable. The staff was welcoming and ver hoapitable. It was great!

When I initially was given a room the room was in poor condition. After talking to the hotel staff they were very nice and accommodating in changing our room. The room we were moved to lived up to our standards and matched the great reviews we look at when making our hotel choice!!

You can't use the tv because they are using a system that block you to use Netflix, YouTube. Technically you can't use the internet on the tv. Some lights are broke up

This place was close to everything. 24 hours front desk service. I just feel like they should up grade the north tower, the jacuzzi needs to be cleaned daily and they should have some type of shade to there outdoor amenities. The stone bath was amazing in the night. The view was super. Over all the staff was amazing and very helpful. John O went out his way to recommend beautiful locations and amazing food. For the price you can’t beat it. Hotel was designed very beautifully. I would definitely book again just would stay in the south tower as it’s upgraded.
