Unsanitary and disappointing stay. I found a roach in my room, and no one came to clean or sanitize it. I had to personally ask for cleaning supplies and handle it myself, which is unacceptable. The staff offered a discount that was never honored. The manager, Andreas, never followed up, and the overall service was extremely poor. This was not the experience I expected or paid for. I cannot recommend this hotel and urge others to be cautious before booking.

Nothing was nice about this hotel, it was more like motel, not towels nor washcloths, around the frame of bed was filthy, very muggy and smells in hallways. Breakfast is not continental only offer toast and coffee that was nasty. I do not recommend.

They were so excellent. Our room was upgraded because the manager said it smelled like smoke and upgraded us to a larger room. The attentiveness was great. The location was ideal, everything was close by. Will be staying again on our next trip :)

The rooms are super clean and the bed are super comfortable the dining are and the pool are very cool keep in mind that the pool is not a large size pool. Our stay was great and it was within walking distance of a lot of activities. The only downside is the parking lots only holds 5 cars. But that was kind of expected because it’s in a very busy area. The night life is great around the area we loved our stay
