Our room #7932 had no iron or hangers, I requested hangers but never received them. Our bathroom light fixer was very rusty with dust on it. The hotel was close to the cruise port.

There was 3 roaches. No one came to bring us towels or make beds. Air conditioner went from on to off only after we left the room. The hotel did not have parking. Very inconvenient. We had to park in some apartment parking garage. Which we had to pay for.

This hotel was nice in its day but unfortunately the general state of the rooms is poor and definitely in need of refurbishing. Worn and stained furniture dirty carpet etc. moth ball odour in the room. The pricing of course does reflect a cheaper accommodation. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Holy Crap Hole!

Room was not ready as promised we were given the key and entered the room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all from the previous tenants. When the room was clean, the floors were still wet and the carpet was disgusting walking bare feet on it. My feet were covered with dirt here and some other type of debris. I have no idea what. Ask for towels for the next day they were promised but never delivered, front desk shuts down around 6 PM. It doesn’t open up until 8 AM the next morning. Air conditioning was inadequate, highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

First of all the view from the balcony was amazing. I know the hotel didnt come with a pool but didnt care if it. The beach was nearby and walkable. The breakfast was reasonable. We was hoping for eggs/ pancake. The elite suite was great however the carpet wasnt clean couldn't walk barefoot in the room. But other then that everything was great. Every quiet and peaceful. I would definitely go back again. I would recommend other people to come here.

There were all kinds of problems checking in and it took over an hour to complete. Our room was NEVER cleaned during our 4 night stay even though we asked it to be over and over and over again. Breakfast was limited and poor. Overall this is my worst "quality" hotel experience in the last 30 years. I had 8 people in 4 different rooms with me and I was paying for them all. I was embarased to say the least. They ALL had the same dreadful experience. Shame on whoever was responsible for this hotel.

The room is so dirty, the service is horrible, no change of towels unless you ask for them. Trash is not cleaned daily; no replacement of shampoo and conditioners. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. The only thing good is the location, close to the old town.
