The charge for early check in even if it’s 45 minutes. The parking is away from the hotel and an additional charge. The room smelled like humidity and the staff was not to friendly.

Well I read many reviews both good and bad and gave this place the benefit of the doubt. This place is very dirty. The bathroom you either got very hot water or cold water. Light bulbs didn’t work in the room. AC wasn’t working properly. Maintance came looked at it and adjusted the thermostats and said if it doesn’t cool off call back. We had already adjusted the thermostats and didn’t work properly. Super hot. Towels were dirty. Room smelled I can continu

It is the least expensive which is great. It is close to most tourist attractions but terrible that it does not have a closer parking area. Room next to us was playing loud music at 3am and security did nothing. Does not have a pool which is awful and there is no connection to beach either.

The location is excellent, but when I arrived at 4:00, the front desk told me that my room was not ready, even though the check-in said that it was at 4:00. My room smelled bad!! And the housekeeping services were a real mess!

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable room. Fantastic area walking distance from the beach and Condado (Manhattan by the sea). Next to a fabulous Brazilian restaurant that is a must to visit. The only downside is how long we had to wait to check in, over an hour.
