No television until the day before I left, the towels were all dirty, but they were able to get everything straight within a few minutes, Seems like an old building with lots of rust in certain areas and it looks as if some of the area's, ie the vent's and door panels hadn't been cleaned in a while, but all in all it is a beautiful place to stay

Did not any room service until day 4. Had to get our own clean towels. Towels had holes in it. The TV did not work for the first 3 days. Security front desk kept saying nothing they could do about it. Advertized had a pool and there is no pool. Continental breakfast very basic toast crossants cold cereal. No hot water no tea only coffee. By 9 coffee was cold When finally got housekeeping carpet was not vacuumed.

This property was a good place to stay overnight. They do not have a pool. The rooms were very large and clean.

El personal muy amable. Lamentablemente a el lugar le hace falta un mejor management. La limpieza del cuarto nunca llego, ninun solo dia. El teléfono no funcionaba. Las cortinas, sabanas y el microhondas estaba sucio. Y el overnight staff ni habler.
