Le he dado esta terrible puntuación en primer lugar porque no tiene un estacionamiento cerca del hotel, segundo el cuarto que nos dieron tenía olor a húmedad, alfombras sucias, la bañera y el lavamanos tapado que tuvimos que llamar para que vinieran a destaparlo , la silla del escritorio sucia y manchada y techos con marcas de hongos y humedad. Nos fuimos al segundo día y no quisieron devolvernos el dinero y no me ofrecieron otro cuarto por los inconvenientes. Llamamos a expedía para reportar lo ocurrido ya que lo habíamos reservado por medio de ellos y tampoco me devolvieron lo pagado . No vuelvo a reservar por Expedia ni volveré a ese hotel.

This property is excellent value for money. Daily parking is available at a nearby parking garage at an excellent rate. Rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The included breakfast could be upgraded a bit, especially with a toaster to toast bread. The ease of parking, walking proximity to parks, Condado, Santurce, Miramar, and the convention district make this an excellent choice. A rental car extends the possibilities even further given the easy motorway connections.

Staff very responsive to our 4 (four) requests to please clean the room not cleaned for 4 days. I understand that the same Supervisor was the one in charge of cleaning the room. Immediate response by Jose, when asking for an iron (actually provided a New One!) Hotel has a great location in the center of San Juan.

Don’t do business with them.
We were unable to go due to Hurricane Ernesto hitting the island, knocking over power lines, and flash flooding. The hotel is unwilling to even give us a credit for when we come to Puerto Rico in the winter instead. Very poor customer service for someone who stayed home for their own safety and the safety of others.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is great with parking, easy access to historical sites and walking distance from the beach. The hotel does require TLC. Furniture is run down with holes in the fabric. Kitchen appliances don’t quite work, balcony doors are not easy to open.

Front desk are not always there but room service every day ask for details they are they to help easy to get around for us and Ubers not enough restaurants need to go out and check out dining good food in buffet costa maya next building
