The property was nice , well maintained and the beach was beautiful. When we arrived our room had a smell like mold or from prolonged dampness- we requested a different one and we were immediately accommodated. They did have some construction going on inside the hotel to install a chandelier and some other remodeling but it was kept clean and blocked off appropriately. Ubers were quick to get a ride anywhere. The drive to San Juan was short and there was a lot of shops, places to eat and things to do. Overall great experience and I would there stay again and would recommend it.

Loved that it was right on the beach. The casino was fun. the pool/swim-up bar amazing. There was a lot of construction in the hotel, which was a bummer. Beautiful property otherwise. Service was a little laid back at times, but to be expected on an island, I guess. Overall, an amazing stay.

The nature and ocean made up for the service. I guess The rumors are true the staff is not very helpful and give off the feeling they are annoyed you are there. The energy from the staff is definitely off and not welcoming. The hotel was nice even though they had renovations going on at the time. The muffins in the cafe were stale and overpriced. The dinner at Siren was below average. The drinks were the best thing. I would Consider going back to PR but maybe staying at another location.
