The hotel is great! Close to places we definitely wanted to visit. It's located in a very safe area and walkable to the beach which we loved! We got the cheapest room though with no refrigerator, microwave and coffee cups.

Habitación limpia, pero escasa de equipamiento (sin nevera) El hotel no ofrece desayuno y horario muy limitado de presencia de empleado en recepción. El personal muy correcto y de excelente trato. Es lamentable que en Puerto Rico (bilingüe) toda la tramitación se haga solo en Inglés.

Its our second time staying at this hotel and again a very pleasant stay. The property very clean, well care with very nice decoration. Walkable to the beach. Easy for taxis and Uber. Easy access for people with disabilities. Has access to parking. Various dinning options.

Perfect for a short stay

Beautifully remodeled room. Bed was very comfy . - Park view is actually on the road and Saturday night was very loud. Glad we had ear plugs. Had to turn down air conditioning - it was directly over the bed .

Everything was good! Staff very nice and sweet!! The only problem I had for a day was hot water!! Very inconvenient. BUT!! Staff made sure they healed get it back on!! I would definitely book again!! Very close to the beach and food spots!

This hotel has zero services. You can’t even get a water! Or a coffee in the morning. It says on the website you can store your luggage and you can not. No one is even available except for 3 hours a day.

This hotel was super clean and new very nice a couple things lacking that wasn’t a big deal but sometimes needed no hair drier or phone in the room. Also they don’t have a parking and you have to park at a parking lot nearby that wasn’t we’ll keep and a little shady. If it wasn’t for that I would rate this hotel with 5 stars as it was very nice and confortable.

Had a great stay at this hotel. It was quiet in the room was comfortable . It was quiet in the room was comfortable. If you have a rental car, parking is tricky. It's a very close Uber ride to Old San Juan.
