Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. However’ we were there for three days with no hot water. They were supposed to be working on the hot water issue but was not resolved prior to our departure. There is no coffee on site, medication has to be stored in a shared refrigerator, and floors could have been a lot cleaner. Air conditioning works very well but is also very loud and we had three cycling on and off all night outside of our unit.

One particular staff was absolutely amazing. She tried everything to help us. However, we had a group of 6 rooms for 3 nights. Most everyone did not have hot water. No coffee pots.

The employees are very helpful and kind great customer service. The restaurant on the first floor is superb. However, be cautious when choosing your room other then the rooms that face the front of the building all the other rooms are small and the only windows in the room face a wall. Still I would highly recommend them for a nice affordable stay for your visit in PR.

We did not have hot water half the tume of our stay and the receptionists work from 2pm so there is nothings you can do but to wait till they come. Some tiles in the bathroom are broken, sink is not working properly, AC unit leaked all over our stuff that was underneath it, cleaning service is not done properly, I can go on and on

Enjoyed my stay, very safe area. The bed was very comfortable. However there is NO icemaker, microwave or fridge. If the rms were equipped with these items, I would have rated them with a 5 star across the board.

Property is under renovation. Not sure how long its been going on. We didnt have a mini fridge. No full lenght mirror in the room. Not enough towel hooks or racks. Lights in sitting area have no switch to turn on or off. Music from bar was loud, we can hear it from our 2nd floor room.staff was very nice. Power went out,and the tv cant be reset once power was restored. Need to have a deadbolt lock from inside of room for extra security since room only have key pad for in and out.

The Bad: No Reservation Clerk Available Most of The Time, Extremely Small Room, No Parking, At the Time on December 31st: No Hot Water, No Internet, No Wi-Fi The Good: Location.. Near Old San Juan, El Condado Area, Convention Center, Distrito T-Mobile, La Placita de Saturce, 5 Small Restaurants on the Block plus Bike and Electric Skateboard Rental in Front of Hotel and The Caribe Hilton Hotel 45 Seconds Away with Very Nice Specialty Restaurants.

The beds are very small despite having chosen a large one. The hotel is behind a large hotel which cuts off all visibility and the noise from the AC is very loud in the rooms.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were the highlight for me – they were exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring the area. One of the standout features of my stay was the stage area, which was not only beautifully designed but also provided informative entertainment throughout my visit.
