It's the first time that I stay at a hotel and there's no coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator or even a cooler. The rooms doesn’t have bottle of waters even paying for it. We chose this hotel as part of the Lola Challenge weekend to be closer and more relaxed but it actually caused us more stress. There were many old and dirty areas.

No tiene parking y me hubiera gustado que al menos tuviera una neverita pequeña en el cuarto o una máquina de hielo en el hotel. Participé del evento Lola Challenge y necesitaba enfriar agua, Gatorade, algún snack para desayunar en la madrugada. Todo lo demás muy bien.

A 10 minute drive from Old San Juan, a nice remodel, unfortunately near an abandoned hotel, our room had a strong pine cleaner musty odor

The property was OK. I stayed for four days and three nights. I had zero cleaning service disappointed that staff clean my room, Stephanie was super friendly most of the front desk people super friendly and a pleasure, still was disappointing about no refrigerator, no microwaves no ice machine zero maintenance on my room.

I’d give this place a 4/10. Definitely would not be staying here again. The pictures online are deceiving and when you need something you can’t even call down stairs because there is no phone in the room and the front desk aren’t even there when you need them

The property was affordable. The property is under construction but it was very clean. The staff at the front desk during the hours it was opened were all friendly. I enjoyed my stay. Rent a car and pay the fee to park across the street from the hotel. Go to the Steakhouse and Starbucks at Caribe Hotel and enjoy a great meal and coffee. Visit the beach near the hotel.

For a small hotel they had everything you need ! I stayed during a remodeling. But I didn’t even notice! The staff at the front desk were amazing had many great recommendations to suit your liking! 10/10 would stay again!

I believe all rooms should full length mirrors for getting ready / makeup. Unfortunately there was mold in the ceiling of our bathroom. We let them know. They said they’d get back to us about moving but there was never a follow up. Since our stay was short we just let it go. Other than that, it was a good stay. Not sure I’d pick it again though.
