Rooms are ok but bathrooms are tiny and very uncomfortable. The room temperature was not cold enough for the tropics. The room was already run down in areas. Bars closed early. The hotel is not really five stars but it charges like one. Incredibly expensive. The service was not the best either. The only truly nice thing is the lobby area.

First off the experience is good. Plenty of pools drinks were alright little pricey. the only two issues I would say is the smell. The hallways smelled funky like humidity and our room as well. Also the lack of water fountains on the floors were annoying. Having to go to the main floor to fill up a bottle of water was ridiculous. Other than that the ambiance and decor was great. Could’ve at least included some medallas in the fridge. At least for the first day.

Very beautiful, clean property staff was wonderful however, being an animal lover, I do not agree with all the stray cats on the property that do not have food and water put out for them to eat

Relaxing!

Great two nights. Steps to the beach, restaurants, gas station and a pharmacy. Lovely pool for the family.
