Family friendly hotel

Family friendly hotel with lot of activities for children, including a bowling alley. The facilities are outdated and pool needs reconditioning. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Not the best experience has potential with help

I’ll start positive- the staff was very nice & the ocean view was beautiful . The breakfast wasn’t bad it was a typical hotel breakfast . I let guy was the best! However Unfortunately the hotel was first too far from main attractions and did not offer a shuttle . Uber costs $50 one way to anywhere . The grounds were not renovated - the pool needed repair and painting everything was rusted or had mold/ lime , the rooms had rusted ac vents , rusted fixtures in bathroom , the railing on balcony had bird poop, the bed was hard , the housekeeping put the same dirty towels on the rack after cleaning the room and towels were old and hard . The best thing was the view and the niceness of staff . No really interesting main attractions in the area of dorado . It was boring . The food in the restaurant was not bad the mofungo was good with the salmon . If you want to be close to main action or attractions don’t stay in Dorado . This hotel was not worth the value I paid for the ro considering the inefficiencies . I wouldn’t stay here again . The staff is it’s saving grace .

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. It also smelled fresh, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel overall was kept tidy—the lobby and dining area were excellent: organized, welcoming, and very comfortable. That said, the hotel itself is structurally run-down and clearly in need of care, updates, and modernization. Many areas show visible wear, with signs of mold, and the pool definitely needs more attention—it had green residue, which was concerning. Around the pool, there were too many stacked beach chairs that were very old and in poor condition. Despite these issues, we still had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was very enjoyable, and the breakfast was truly spectacular. With a little investment and love, this hotel could easily shine to match the great service and hospitality provided.

Beautiful place to stay we enjoy the pool , we also enjoy playing pool table,some of the restaurants. The down fall was we couldn't use the beach because it was filthy had lots seaweed or something else. We had to go to isla verde beach and playa chiquita in manati.

While the stay was ok it jjst wasnt the best for a resort style vacation. Was very outdated, beach was inaccessible without warning die to red tide and the hrs of the outside pool bar and restaurant were limited. Rms were dated. Toilet head fell off and toilet cover also fell off. Beds are uncomfy amd pull out sofas in multiple rms are damaged.
