We had an excellent stay here at the embassy suites San Juan. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast and happy hour was wonderful. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Safe area. Quick uber ride wherever else you want to go. There is also a car rental across the street if you decide on a last minute trip somewhere. I would stay here again. It was fun!

We stayed for 6 nights and reserved 2 suites with my family of 5. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff in the hotel was wonderful especifically concierge, valet, breakfast, cacino, housekeeping always had a smile in their face and always willing to help anytime I approach them. The only issue I had was the front desk not acknowledging or making eye contact with me. When I would approach to ask a question I always felt like it was a bother to them. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

This property feels like a resort even though it’s a smaller property. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. This is the second time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Our room was clean, the restaurant’s food was good- we liked the mofongo and the wings, the food at the pool was also good, and the atmosphere at the pool was great. Breakfast had good variety-long lines the last hours so best to arrive earlier. They have their own space at the beach with chairs for hotel guests!

I would recommend saying here for a short or long stay. The staff is friendly and it is short walk to the beach. The ambiance of the lobby and casino is very worthwhile to witness. The main issue I experienced was not having hot water during my stay. It was fixed only when I had to checkout, so that put a damper on my travel experience.
