The Check in process was a mess very disorganized, room mix ups multiple times. Check out was just as bad. To top it off there was no working elevator, the ice machine was broken, there is no breakfast on site. Make sure you rent a car there is no Ubers or taxis available. The taxi service they use was overpriced compared to Uber and horrible we got picked up with kids in a gentlemans club van! They didn’t even leave complimentary water. The coco park pool is nice and the restaurant on site was not bad. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It's not beach front at all it's about 15 mins from the beach . This is an inn don't stay here. Rooms are old property only had one restaurant and understaffed. Lots of mosquitoes , no ada accommodations the property is built on a hill so you have to walk up hills constantly just to get to a pool which closes early the one pool. Pics are amazing photoshopped. Be careful cuz the locals can walk up on property and steal. It's in the middle of no where .

Restaurant part of the hotel bad service , ordered food for 2 after waiting for almost 1 hr waitress bring wrong food and blame the cooker about it but no resolution to the issue at all. The hotel was clean but need to get new mattress.

The hotel is very dated but does have some nice amenities like a large recreational pool, lap pool, separate gym, putt putt golf. The rooms need to be completely updated I don’t think they’ve done anything since the 90s. TV reception was horrible. No coffee pot in the room, furniture and bed that were really old.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Fajardo Inn. It was more than expected. My kids had a blast in the pools and water slide. Has a lot of things to do on the grounds for recreation. Would absolutely stay here in the future.

The grounds are beautiful, the staff are nice and accommodating. The rooms are ran down with poor Wi-Fi and my mattress threw my back out so I slept in the recliner for the rest of my stay. I would stay again after they make updates.

The check in procedure was like a 20-minute intake interview. Way too long. Waivers and all kinds of crap. Then they make you wear a wrist band. Like we're toddlers. We ripped them of as we got to the room. Nice hotel, but very pricy. And there isn't a whole lot to do around the area.

This hotel was the hidden gem of our trip. I was tempted to give it a bad rating so it would remain hidden just for us! We had a view of the beautifully landscaped pool, the Atlantic Ocean, El Yunque rainforest, and the mountains all from our balcony. There are several restaurants on property and a number nearby offsite. Beautiful birds were displayed in several places. The hotel was decorated for Christmas. Beautiful tree, magnificent miniature Christmas village, and an amazing Nativity scene. There are several beaches nearby, a bioluminescent bay, and it’s a pickup point for El Yunque tours. I can’t say enough to describe how pleased we were to happen upon this facility.
