Too expensive for what they offered! They oversold the room I had prepaid for! They gave me a dirty room! I checked three rooms and they were all dirty! They had a view of another building! We agreed they wouldn't charge me a resort fee for the inconvenience, but they ended up charging me anyway, even though I spoke to them on the phone many times! This hotel and its staff aren't serious! Demasido caro para lo que ofrecen! sobre vendieron la habitacion que habia prepagado! me dieron una habitacion sucia! revise 3 habitaciones y todas estaban sucias! con vista a otro edificio! acordamos que no me cobrarian resot fee por el inconveniente y terminaron cobrandomelo de igual manera aunque hable con ellos por telefono muchas veces! este hotel y su personal no son serios!
