This hotel was very nice, I really enjoyed the service and the pool. Only con was the water didn’t get very hot in the shower, a bit of a bummer but the reception was very friendly about it. We decided to stick it out as opposed to move rooms. I would stay here again!

Served its purpose. After a long day of flying from the west coast we didn't want to navigate the island in the dark. The area was a mix of new hotels, charming boutiques, construction and abandoned buildings. We were there during PR's spring break and so there were loads of people out at the bars. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, great nearby access to the beach and bay.

We missed out flights and were exhausted so we booked this place at 2:45 pm and did not get a room until almost 5 pm. The front desk lady took outle four suitcases and personal items with our passports and jewelry to store them in a safe room. We came back to check on the status of the room about one and a half hour lady to be surprised with all our stuff sitting on the side of the front desk out of their view and for anyone to grab our belongings. The rooms were ok, ugly color and filled with a lot of constant marijuana smell all over .

Great place to stay in San Juan

We stayed here for one night after our cruise. It was the perfect place to stay and explore San Juan. The hotel has great amenities and the staff were really welcoming. The bed was comfy and the view over the lagoon was incredible.We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, highly presentable and with great amenities. The only issue I had was the staff, they’re not very friendly, and at checkout I queried not being given the discount as part of the daily resort fee- the lady firmly and rudely said I’d need to speak to the restaurant (after having to queue for 20 minutes to speak to her), and proceeded to call someone to talk about another residents issue. No thank you, no goodbye, just moved on to the next problem. Not a good final impression, but overall the hotel was good.
