We had a lovely stay! The customer service team was outstanding; always courteous and friendly. The breakfast was good with hot choices. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. The pool was not as big as the photos led you to believe, but it didn’t matter because we were the only ones in it. The hot tub was also nice. We will definitely come back!

Get What You Pay For
Hallway on our 5th floor smelled like mildew. Holes in the ceiling of the hallway from what looked like duct work were left open. Elevators were slow moving floor to floor. Free Breakfast was just alright about free breakfast quality. Way cheaper per night than some of the surrounding properties. Get what you pay for was on point with this property. Beach and Casino were just a block away. We would stay here again.

Good.
Location was great. Lots of great restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and we had a room with a view to the beach. Bathroom was small with very little counter space. Breakfast was ok. Beach lingers were uncomfortable and beach towels thin and old. I would look for other options next time.

Nice design, affordable & delicious breakfast
As an architect I appreciated the newly renovated rooms-both design & quality. Although the rooms are not big, they are comfortable and well equipped. Hot tub and pool being open till late was a great addition to the end of the day, and delicious continental-style breakfast was a real treat! Will definitely stay there again!

The elevators were tiny. When I came to check in they did not have the room I reserved than offered a discount and it never went through. The dining area was not clean. There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom in one of the rooms and we had to move rooms the next day. The entire hotel smells of mold. This was an unpleasant experience.
