Overall great experience. Was just in for a night I came across a room where carpet was soaking wet from ac leak. Ac was not great in one of the rooms leading to the wet carpet. Felt like it was not an issue having a double room with ac in each. But did feel the difference from one to the other room 201 to be exact.

me trataron muy mal estoy muy desepcionado, me dijeron que halara por telefono a orbitz que ellos no habian pagado mi confirmacion al hotel, siendo que todo estaba pagado y les mostre mi reservacion con ellos, me amenazaron que llamarian a la policia si no me retiraba con mi familia, tuvieron que hablarle a la mujer responsable del registro y explicarle para que entendiera, es una lastima que el hotel ponga a personas ignorantes en esos hoteles, yo he reservado en ORBITZ en todo el mundo y jamas habia tenido un problema!!!!!!
