Our stay was exceptional. Even though we were redirected to another hotel the first night, the hotel staff made sure we were probably taking care of. Hotel is super charming, the staff is very helpful, and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. A special mention to Antonio at the reception for going above and beyond.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Very close to numerous wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops. Wish I spent my entire trip here- not just my last night. 10/10, way better than Fairmont.

Very Nice Stay
The location was perfect - right in the heart of Old San Juan. The history associated with this hotel was so interesting! They offered an historic tour of the facility, along with wine and cheese each evening. The restaurant was great! The staff was so kind. Our only complaint was that we couldn't quite get the air conditioner to a comfortable temperature.
