The room was bare minimun. A coffe machine in the roon would have been nice. It's an old building that remodel, bathroom are not distribued properly. The TV was small and the remote did not always work. The speakers on the tv the sounded terible. Overall is a clean quiet place in a nice area but very basic anemites.

The property was nice, bed was comfortable, check in and check out was easy. My only recommendation is related to the air conditioning which needs an upgrade or checking because it was very noisy. Also knowing that in PR we have so many problems with electricity and water everyone should be prepared. We woke up to leave early to our jobs and had to leave without bathing due to the lack of water. On a valentines day it was very uncomfortable because people like to hug and express care, which made the day worse.

The TV didn’t work at all. We called the front desk. Staffed couldn’t fix it, they tried for about 20 minutes and then he said that his supervisor knew how to fix it but she wasn’t in until the next day. We were there just for one night so that didn’t help at all. Beds were too hard. Accessing the parking was a nuisance because you have to wait for the employee at the front desk to open it and it took a while for us to be able to get in and out of the parking lot. I will never stay there again.

We paid for view and were even up charged. I don’t see what I paid for. The front desk seemed cold and came off kind of rude. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Upon checking in to the hotel Gabby told me that their Expedia site was down and she was very rude and unacommadating. She had an attitude and gave us a key that doesn’t work and didn’t explain how the WiFi could be accessed and gave me keys that didn’t work. She never apologized and was horrible. The room smelt moldy and when I asked her to move to another room she said she couldn’t. HORRIBLE

Loved the rooftop and different dining options at a walkable distance. However, I had to wait for about 15 minutes for someone to help us with the check in. Also parking is a bit difficult because of having to wait for someone in front desk to open the gate.
