Cute on the outside, needs updating. We saw a few cockroaches and grime between tiles. Our bathroom blinds were broken, I threw a towel over them for privacy. The property did not provide free drinking water for guests. This was outrageous for me. They provided free coffee, but you had to purchase water. It was hot and humid and we were thirsty. On the positive, we could walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. It is close to the airport. It has a pool and air conditioning.

This hotel is a gem in San Juan, I like how clean the room were, the hotel was clean and the people that work there are always nice and friendly to help you with anything you might need it. I also like the option to get towels to take to the beach, and the free parking is a plus. If you’re looking for a hotel this is the one to go by. I had zero complaints it was great and will recommend

It was clean, the AC was cold, and the courtyard area with the pool was so pretty. We only stayed here the night before a 6am flight home, but we were sad we didn’t get to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer! We would stay there again for sure!

We stayed for just the night because we missed our ferry to Vieques. Close to airport. Great accommodations and restaurants nearby. Check in was simple and easy and the staff was kind and professional. Also there is a cat that stays at the hotel and is fun to pet for the kids!
