I didn't like the humidity odor that was on our room. We were assigned with one room in which the odor was heavy, then we got reassigned to another room with less odor but it was also present. This was really dissappointing since we previously stay at the property and eveeything was peefect. Hopefully they can work with that issue.

Clean property. Comfortable lobby, bar and breakfast area. Cozy outside with a nice vibe. Game room is a nice extra. Staff were EXCELLENT. They were all beyond helpful and friendly. The ONLY issue we had was kind of a musty smell in room upon check in, which they rectified immediately by bringing a dehumidifier up and that helped (cant be surprised in this climate) Showers are spacious, full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash were a plus. Walkable distance to the convention center, casino and T-Mobile distrito...5 minute Uber ride to conado beach area. 10 minutes to old San Juan - very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent breakfast, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel has central A/C which is incredibly effective and necessary for Puerto Rico. Shuttle service to the beach and old San Juan is very convenient, and the building is in a great location. Overall, I would 100% stay here again!

Excellent. Be sure to utilize the free shuttle around the area. Breakfast was good. Utilize Uber as well as mostly all the hotels charge for parking around $22 a day here.

My stay 10/10 everything was working and spotless, super comfortable and the location is in the heart of it all, lots of walking distance to everything. They have beach transport so that’s a plus,and breakfast is included. Pool is great and the tanning area as well! Staff were so amazing and helpful, will be staying again!

Then Hotel room was always clean, the service on point and available all the time, relaxing pool and the nearby entertainment and restaurants complemented the stay. Hot Breakfast included was a plus for the family.
