The front desk man promised us rooms side by side but one room was ready before the other so we took one and came back for the key for the second. When we return to get the key for the other room a new agent is assigning a room on a whole other floor when the first agent said our request would be ready when we return so we didn’t get our request as said was granted I asked for pillows, came back wasn’t there went to front desk & asked about request, she stated it was done and I’m telling her I don’t have it for her to then say the request will get done now card key wasn’t working, had enough headaches by this point

The stay was pretty good the first night we came back to the room and our door batteries were dead and had to wait to get in that was a hassle Every time we went to our room the hallway smelled like marijuana the second day it smelled so bad we could smell it in our room I complained they said they were going to investigate but I never saw anyone come up to investigate

Weekend getaway
This hotel is central to many key areas and well situated. It is clean, quiet, safe and secure. The staff go out of their way to help you feel at home. Internet is stable. The food at the poolside was fun. You have to try the chicken wings and Tamarind drink. The lobby had a nice aroma to it.
