The stay was very convenient due to the location of the hotel and everything being near by and so close. The condition of the room was not so good. The rugs need an upgrade, and so does the bathroom. The running water was cold, but we made the best of it.

Well located , wonderful stuff, the front beach it’s wonderful and beautiful, the beach access starts 7 am and close at 7 pm . It will be wonderful if the access get extended more hours . The only one negative point on my stays and make me don’t return it’s about the smell inside the room and corridor . I don’t know if this happened some water damaged because of the hurricane or not , but the smell very , but very strong made my days inside very difficult. I left window and door opened all night and I couldn’t sleepy well .

The hotel is under repairs so the pool was not available, the room smell humid, easy fix with fabreeze . Other than that Staff was very kind, parking included, lots of places to eat around the area, private beach access. I will stay again

The staff, the location and accessibility of the restaurants in the surrounding area made up for the lack of amenities. The pool was closed and the bar was closed. The cafe food downstairs was horrible but service was nice. Our room needed to be updated there was no fan in the bathroom and the decor was outdated with stains on the walls. Lightening was horrible. All in all it wasn’t a bad stay. Like I said the staff was chefs kiss and the location is great. They are literally located right on the beach. Overall a solid 7.5/10

Pros: Location is great. People and staff were all wonderful and made the trip very nice. The beach was roght off the back area of the hotel Cons: the room requested was nothing to what tje promoted images shown on Orbitz.com. the rooms/halls seems they have not been renovated since the 70's. Tile cracks, walls peeling, smelly carpet, foam low ceilings, balcony had cement fallen off. Breaksfast was not included even though it was promoted. I would not had paid the amount of money i did, knowing the poor quality and conditions this was in. The pool was not in working conditions. We couldn't enjoy that ammenity, yet no credit or power rate was offered. I do not recommend nor will stay here again for that amount of money spent

This property is located on the beach, so it's great. The property itself is old an in need of a major update. The room was spacious and had a balcony. There was a mildew smell throughout. There was rust on the doors to the balcony. The bathroom had very outdated fixtures. There was a leak reported upon check in and it was never addressed.

It was my second time staying due to rooms with kitchens. This time our rooms were not serviced as they should be . Stains, no towels no maid service. No hot water, we were told to flip breaker when need hot water by a very rude service tech. When we brought our issues to front desk , she reminded me of the rates we paid so what do we expect!! I will be reaching out to higher ups for a refund or compensation for the unacceptable condition.
