Este Hotel de verdad fue magnífico la gente que trabaja aquí son lo más amable y todo que yo necesitaba ellos me lo traían sin problema y en tiempo aceptable. El servicio que recibí fue un servicio como familiar. Yo necesitaba ayuda con producto feminino a último momento antes de tener que ir a mi vuelo y si tuve que ir a una tienda me iba a hacer más difícily las mujeres me ayudaron. Los empleados de la café fueron tan amables de verdad que yo cada vez que voy allá prefiero ir a este Hotel. Lo único fue tienes que esperar lo que vas a esperar de Puerto Rico.

There was noone there when i got there i had to call and she had to tell me how to get to the office the office and the parking was very confusing at first.and if you call the front desk noone would answer so i had to go down there myselfalso the wifi didnt work.

As a colored woman, my children and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was far from welcoming. The staff was not friendly and seemed to ignore us, even when we were standing right in front of them. My young child even noticed the lack of acknowledgment and commented on the tension and even said mom I think they are racist. Which is something I don’t teach my kids, so for him to even mention that, speaks volumes. Additionally, the service was disappointing. When I requested towels, I was given only two small ones, which were carelessly placed on the bathroom shelves. Despite multiple requests, our used towels were not picked up, and I had to ask for room service two to three times before they finally came. To make matters worse, the pool was not open, and from what I later learned, it hadn’t been operational for years. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The building needs more maintenance and upgrade. The suites or rooms are clean but the surroundings are not to great. The staff is friendly. I just think that they have to fix the building.

Our stay was Horrible, the ac didn’t work , noisiest place , kids partying until 415 am blasting music. Had to go down to the office there phone didn’t work . No working pool . And had to pay to sit at the beach . If you don’t have a poole you should have a chair to sit on the beach . Checked out early …

Good location on beach.

Good beach location. Very disappointed to be informed pool was closed a week prior to arrival, since main factor in place to stay on beach, was to have a pool. difficult to find another location for good rate I booked at. Lounge chairs to rent, should be in the resort service fee. Rooms was outdated. Construction taking place on the floor. Nice to have garage parking attached, of course for a fee. Had to get ice from the bar, Inconvenient. Would stay at different location next time. Not worth the fees

Booked room months in advance. Website said check-in was for 4 o’clock. I got there about 9 PM upon arrival. I couldn’t check in because the person at the front was on break. I left returned back checked in to find my room hadn’t been cleaned or beds hadn’t been made no towels, washcloths or anything.
