Good location, plumbing issues and noisy
First, the good. The staff were nice and tried to help. The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. Now, the not great. The hotel was having a plumbing issue when we arrived and the toilets wouldn’t flush or fill with water. We asked for and received a container to fill it ourselves as they didn’t have any rooms with working toilets available. We were not given a discount for this. There is often only 1 person working so it can be a wait if you need someone. We had to can the number on the front desk to get a staff member. Our room faced the street and was noisy. Bring earplugs. Last, while the room is pretty, there are details lacking like no grout in the shower, paint splatter on the wall, outlet covers not quite fitting. It gave the feel of rehabbing quickly without some attention to detail that may affect the longevity of the rehab. Oh, one more thing. The shower is tiny and the head was set to the weakest setting. It was well out of my 5’5” reach but my 6’4” husband was able to adjust the water flow but not the angle of the water

The staff was really nice! The hotel was really clean, I’m not sure if this is a newer boutique hotel but it was super cute! They upgraded their smoking area on the 7th floor while I was there and it was nice, I’d love to go back and see what else they do with the hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, whoever was the interior designer did a great job! And it’s near so much, the art museum, la placita is a 10 minute walk. There are restaurants near by. It’s 10 minute drive to old San Juan. We went to a beach that was 6 minutes away. It was overall a great hotel and would love to go back!

I loved the property and staff very friendly and helpful on suggesting things to do. There was some construction nearby so it was loud early in the morning and also with cars passing over some metal plate in the street it would be loud from that. Other than that the place was amazing.

Liked the pricing for the hotel, it's a really nice place and a good location for the price. Wish the cleaning would be more thorough and detailed within the room, we found a lot of dust near the base boards, the attention to detail in cleaning could improve.
