Room had musty bad smell that never went away, even when AC was turned on. It lingered throughout the stay. Location of hotel was not the best, but we stayed only 1 night. Restaurant down the street was good, we ate there twice. It was an ok room for one night, but the price was a bit high for what it was in my opinion.

The area is very small especially in the bedrooms. The shower had no hot water. Parking was not next to the building. Nothing near you to get some food. Must have a car. But the staff was excellent. Very quiet so you can sleep and a 4 person max jacuzzi.

The location was off the main road but there was not drop off and parking was around the corner. The room was clean and ready when I arrived however there were lots of little inconvinences. Coffee maker didn't work, wi-fi was poor, cell service was poor since I was in the basement, no streaming services provided, sheets were polyester, room was really humid. For the rate they are charging I exptected better.

The place overall looked nice and safe with the high fence around the property. The room we got assigned was in the basement and the hot water would last about 2 min then turns cold. The worst part is we had been traveling all day and were unable to shower because of that issue and the shower was not draining and flooding into the bathroom. These things are essential. Room was clean though and AC works nicely. Disappointing stay.

I didn’t like the bed. It was very low to the floor and uncomfortable. The walls were all marked up. The kitchen sink still had a bottle cap in it when we arrived. Overall, it was an okay stay. The location is great! And the outside of hotel is very nice.

Our stay was okay, it met our basic needs for one night. Apartment was not very clean. We found dried stool in the toilet, shower was dirty and surfaces had rings and dried stuff like they weren’t cleaned off. Luckily we brought our own cleaning supplies to clean our areas. The area is very run down and we were hesitant to leave our car in the lot away from the hotel. it does not appear to be safe especially at night. The overall appearance of the hotel is the best building on the block and newly renovated. If not for the large group, we would have elected to stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The communication was excellent, everything was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette and high ceilings. Only drawback was some noise from the street.

Great Spot

The Patio Elba was a great spot, the suite was very neat and clean. Customer service was is great. Everything was in nearby like Old San Juan and the beaches were about 10 minutes away you can Uber most places for about 10 bucks I would definitely stay there again

We checked out very very early the following morning of our stay. It is clear that the accommodations discussed in the advertisement was a total misrepresentation.g I specifically asked for a sun filled room with plenty of sunshine and instead we arrived to a room that resembled a jail cell. The view was a concrete wall with absolutely no sunshine. It was terrible. We vocalized the dissatisfaction with our room with the attendant and allowed him opportunity to correct it right away but never heard back. I expected a full refund. We are frequent travellers and rely heavily on how the hotel represents itself, we also review often to assist other travellers. I have also emailed the hotel directly in a chat that has been replied to almost immediately prior to our check in. As of today, we have not heard back from anyone. I have requested compensation for the falso advertising, poor service and lack of an appropriate resolution. This hotel should not be a recommend place to stay. The area is also very rough and appeared dangerous. Horrible!!!!!

No communication, we were not told anything and some staff would walk by and not say anything. Only one lady toward the end saw us in the hot tub and told us there were towels they preferred us to use and provided them. The air conditioner on our last day was spitting water on the floor. The internet was extremely poor and had no way to watch the tv untill I mirrored my phone to the tv. It was a small room but quaint. However there were two of us and we were there for 7 days with only a bed, tv on wall and 1 side table and small stoolin the other corner and nowhere to put our clothes but the suitcases and the floor. No dresser and only hanging rack with 6 hangers and limited space.

Our stay at Patio Elba was great. The front desk was very welcoming and nice! They held our luggage for 2 hours before our check-in. We got to take advantage of the hot tub & absolutely loved the soft pillows in they had in our room! The lighting in the bathroom is not the best but other than that, we loved our stay.

The fact that it's called a hotel but doesn't provide hotel services is a problem. They do not provide cleaning services during the stay. One must bring out used towels for fresh ones.There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and around the property too.
