The home itself was clean and nice. They provided clean towels and sheets. Very spacey. Had a full size kitchen and 2 bathrooms. That was a plus. We were 7 total. We had the apartment on the second floor. Whoever was on the first floor partied till 11:30 pm and constantly smoking marijuana throughout the morning, day and night. We traveled with small children which had to be kept in the bedroom with the doors closed. I was not very happy and neither were they. We only stayed 1 night.

Perfect PR house for 2
Will book this place for our next PR trip. A beautiful home with a beautiful kitchen, cold bedroom from AC, and located minutes away from great beaches and food. Virginia was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure.

had the basics what is needed - several deficiencies: AC insufficient for facility - barely cools (one small AC unit for two rooms); communication with Mgr very late and unclear; parking questionable, not available first night and had to park on dark street a block away. Mgr responded way too late to this issue…..a bottle of water would have been nice….just not equal to Expedia rating.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Some construction going on. People park on both sides of the road, so traffic can only flow in one direction.

We loved our stay at Posada. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed in an apartment with bunk beds and a bedroom. We had the amenities we needed such as stocked and easy to use kitchen. The mosaic tiling around the room was charming. The gate to the apartment added to a secure feeling as did the friendly neighbors we came across. There are abandoned and decaying buildings all around, but myself and my two teenage sons never felt unsafe. There were also signs on some neighbors’ houses stating this is their neighborhood and to keep things quiet and calm, which was respected while we were there. We walked to restaurants, the beach, and the grocery store. It was easy to Uber anywhere else we wanted to go. The personal touches of our hostess were wonderful. She took our clothes to be washed in the morning and returned them that evening. She offered us a ride when we left and it was an added treat to hear about her life and the area from a local.

The place was clean and close to restaurants and walking distance to beach. Communication on how to check into room was easy to follow. After I had checked out I realized I left my phone charger in room….a few texts back and forth I was able to pick up charger a few days later I was very happy that they took the time to look for it and made sure I got it back😊

Unit A - great stay, great location, great price!
The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loved how cute this apartment is, felt very homey and the owner was very kind. Complimentary transportation from the airport from a very kind sweet woman named Virginia. Loved the art in the area and the lively streets of Loíza. Walking distance from the beach and all of the food spots and bars. 7 minute drive from viejo San Juan. Will stay book again next visit!

This nice apt in San Juan, close to Condado and to airport, was fantastic. It was fully equipped (kitchen: large refrigerator, good cooktop, all pots/pans/cutlery/dishes; towels/sheets/blankets; extras: sunscreen, OFF, etc.) and located in a nice, walkable neighborhood with many restaurants/bars and a grocery and pharmacy nearby. The owners are so nice: they picked us up from cruise port and let us leave luggage and took us to Old San Juan for sight seeing, and then they took us to airport for early departure next day. The apt is quiet, fully cooled with fans and A/C, and has a nice private patio. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in San Juan!

Great place!
We loved the apartment! So much more character than a generic hotel room! Everything was clean and well laid out. The location was great, with restaurants and the beach a short walk.
