The attendant at night was so helpful. It had rained earlier in the day and water had come into the room we were to stay in. She was so helpful in moving us to another room, she even helped me with my kids bags from old room. Everything has been great!

This hotel ticked all of the boxes for what I look for on vacation. Space large apartment like room with kitchen spacious bathroom sitting area etc. Location easy walk to everything in the area including beach. Dining great breakfast spot a block away and a great tapas wine bar as well. Air conditioning super important and super frosty the unit was noisy which might bother some people but for us it was fine. There was a nice outdoor space with table but it was full of water the whole time we were there. We never mentioned it as we were not going to use it so staff might have a solution? There could be some upgrades etc but all in all it was perfect for our trip.

I’ve been staying in a couple of different hotels lately, I can assure you, this one, is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been. When you walk inside you are received with a giant mural painting that’s beautiful. The staff is attentive and there is always someone on the front desk. The room that they upgrade me to was comfortable and had a very amenity needed for a shot stay. The location is perfect if you just want to walk to El Viejo San Juan. But I just what more from this place. It has the potential to be one of the nicest and budget friendly hotels in the area. Im always on the lookout for the little details, and there’s a lot of details that if fixed it can elevate the experience and the stay of every guest.

It’s a cute boutique hotel. Staff was attentive. Room was clean and had a kitchenette. It’s in the outskirts, but everything was within a few minutes away on Uber. Would come back again.

I booked this hotel for one night with my daughter and pup. We had spent the month in Rincon and wanted to enjoy old San Juan before flying out the next morning. We had pretty big luggage and when I checked in they told me there wasn’t an elevator to bring my luggage up, I had to literally carry up a 60lb bag plus my pup to the second floor as the gentleman who checked me in watched. He didn’t even offer to hold not one but two doors. If I had known there wasn’t an elevator I would have packed a separate bag for the night. The room was great, the view was terrible, the gym is a joke.. Plenty of other places to stay that are better to include service. I will not be staying here again..
