I was a guest at this hotel originally from September 21st through September 24th. I had to leave abruptly due to the condition of the property. The first room I was given had an awful smell. After being sent to 8 rooms, the smell wasn’t there but there was mold inside the closet (see picture attached). I spoke with Kristina and she stated she could only give me a discount of half night off the first night. She also asked me if i wanted to switch rooms again. I informed her I would just leave the hotel. This was the most horrifying stay ever. I have never had to switch hotels in the midst of a vacation. The poor customer service was also a detriment.

Very modern, new chic hotel located walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Mere minutes away from major shopping malls, tourist destinations etc. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was complimentary with a wide variety to chose from, attentive staff. Pool area was immaculate and welk maintained.

Staff very nice. But the hotel needs work. Needs new carpet. Smells like mold in the halls and in the rooms. There was mold and Reston the base of the table in the room. The sofa had stains . Needs to be steamed, reapholser or need new ones. Not worth the price. For a Marriott giving them a bad name. This is the worst one I have stayed at.

I like the staff. They were all nice and helpful. The room was nice but the AC was broken. They moved us to a bigger room but the room was still warm despite putting the temperature diwn to 65.

The hotel felt clean and comfortable. The food was good and the pool was nice. Also a lot of lounging space within the hotel. Some things I didn't appreciate was there was a 2 hour wait because the service was down when I came to check in my first night and one of the staff members didn't seem very friendly. They didn't explain the $40 resort fee or anything for the daily meal, so I lost it. On the last day there was no vegetarian omelets, so me and my guest had to eat bread and potatoe for breakfast.

Stayed one night. Big room with everything you might need including kitchen and fridge. 5 minutes from airport. Nice pool and 5 min walk to the beach and casino across the street. At the front desk Naftaly was very professional and accommodative, took care of all my requests. Made me feel to come back to the property over and over.
