Terrible odor - do NOT recommend
I would NOT recommend this hotel. The smell is unbearable. There is a strong, musty odor throughout the hotel. To mask the musty odor, the hotel places large, plastic air fresheners in the air vents. The room air conditioning is not adjustable. Meaning, you cannot turn off the flow of air, and therefore, cannot diminish the air freshener smell. The smell was so strong our first night, I woke up sick and felt as though I could taste the bubble gum like smell in my mouth. We requested to switch rooms the next day. The hotel was very accommodating. However, the next room was just as bad. A very strong musty odor and room freshener scent. All of our clothes, bags and suitcases have a terrible musty odor from our 3-night stay. We had to wash all of our clothes to remove the smell and threw out some of our luggage bags. This completely ruined our stay.

Too expensive for the service and the condition of the hotel. This is a $100 hotel not a $364. We had a really bad experience in the reception. We got a room with AC and TV problems, we reported it and nothing has been done during one day. Breakfast was a mess. Really poor variety, people fighting for a piece of bread.. chaos. Hotel Has 3 years and look like having at liest 10. I will not recommend it and will not return.

We loved the hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The people who work there are very friendly. It is very close to the airport and it is very easy to go out for a walk in the surrounding areas.

We were informed upon arrival there’s a $40 daily destination fee. It could be used at the bar for food and drinks and it any balance left won’t roll over to the next day. We were also charged for other people’s food and drinks because you can give them any room # when you order. It took a long time to finalize the bill when we checked out. The property was also loud. We don’t recommend staying here.

Rooms can cause Health Problems
Be aware that some rooms are with humidity and with mold that can cause health problems. If you are sensitive or allergic to mold or humidity, stay out. I changed rooms 3 times. The hotel does not alert you for this problem. Your health is the most important thing, in those rooms you are breathing the mold that can cause health issues.

Spend your money elsewhere. I reserved a room with 2 beds for a family of 4. I was told they didn't have my room but have 1 bed with a pull out couch. Had no choice but to accept as we were hungry and exhausted. Asked for sheets for the couch several times and they never came. Ended up all sleeping in same bed, terrible experience for an overpriced hotel. Also, received a mystery charge 2 days later... they just don't care here.
