Please do your research on this hotel. I spent 8 night in this hotel and regretting even staying there. Upon checking in, we were placed in a room that had a horrible basement odor. I went downstairs to let them know of the order and there solution was to spray air freshener into the vent and to “refreshen up the room.” I was pissed when I saw that and went downstairs to

Exceptional experience

Very nice place to stay for a relaxing getaway while visiting the island. There’s a decent amount of places within walking distance for food and drinks as well as gift shops. The beach was a quicker walk than you’d think. Service was attentive and great (shoutout to the front desk). There were a few times where it took almost a half hour just to get a drink from the bartenders (while sitting outside) however the drinks were great once you received them. The veggie dumplings are delicious. It did smell a bit odd (like wetness) but after a minute or so you truly don’t notice it. I was very satisfied with my stay and the treatment i received, I’ll definitely be staying here next time i book a trip to the island. Thank for all you guys do.

My trip was excellent. The only thing is that ROOM has a lot of humidity. There is not extractor. Otherwise, Everything that you need is there. There is not much close space to store clothes, but it ok.

Very clean, modern. Loved the kitchenette. Burgers DELICIOUS. Loved daily room credits that can be used towards a meal or beverage I didnt like that they skipped cleaning our room 2 days in a row. Also buffet omlettes were cheese filled only. Husband cant have dairy, if they cannot have option of with or without then they should always be WITHOUT. Dispite those 2 negatives I would stay here again.

The hotel was modern and clean. However, there was a damp smell in the room and hallway. I booked a one bedroom suite that shoukd sleep 4 people, but the sofa bed was a full sized and can only sleep one adult comfortably. The door to the shower did not close which results in the bathroom flrs being flooded with water. The hotel is conveniently located to the beach (10 min walk), supermarket and many restaurants. Its also less than 10 mins from the airport. Overall, the stay was good.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde. Beautiful experience, and we were close to the airport, which made it easier for us. Everything was super clean and comforting. It was so nice to come back to our hotel room after a long day out. The hotel offered parking, a kitchen (in-room), breakfast, a pool, a gym, and a bar. It was truly a great time.

This hotel was close to many areas of interest, it was immaculately clean and the Staff was excellent. The cafe has the best coffee and savory breakfast. Its near many restaurants and right by the beach! Very pleased
