We arrived late in the evening in San Juan. Don’t rent your car until the next morning. Everything is located in the airport. Great service, great location and at a reasonable price.

Front desk staff very responsive when our original room was not suitable, she moved us immediately. Inside the airport so very practical, no need to go outside to reach airline check-in counters, very good breakfast starting at 5am, restaurant on the premises, business center if needed. It worked out very nicely for us. We'd do it again.

The hotel is very loud because travelers are checking out for early morning flights. Lots of noise in the hallways. The room smelled musty. I would recommend taking a taxi to a better hotel near the airport.

This was very easy to stay at. Leaving on a cruise the next day and this is the most affordable and easiest option. It does the job if you're not expecting bells and whistles.
