After sitting in a car rental shop for over 6 hours. Showing up to the hotel at 8 am the following day. They accommodated us and let us check in to sleep a few hours before heading to Lares for a wedding. Would recommend this hotel over and over again!

The room was very basic, no frills but very clean. Just what was needed for one night before an early morning flight. Walk out of the hotel and right into the terminal.

Easy and convenient

Another great stay at the San Juan Airport Hotel. Clean and comfortable with everything you need and you just can't beat the convenience with the airport proximity for early flights.

We where able to walk easily to our departure flight @4am . Room was clean, and just perfect for an overnight stay. The shower needs a stronger water pressure and it be nice to have a comforter or something similar on the bed.(We where cold in the room and was to tired to get up and adjust the thermostat)

Pretty basic accommodations but very convenient for your flights. It appears it has been converted from the old air traffic controller tower so that was kinda fun. No Kleenex in the rooms but we were comfortable and happy with the location.

There was very loud guests at 1230 am fighting and screaming this went on for a very long time. We had to get up at 4 am I don’t think anyone from front desk did anything from what I could hear

Lot of Noise. At 12:45 Am there was a discussion between a family. I called the service desk, they were supposed to send a guard, but the issue continues for more than an hour. No body seems to care about the situation. At checkout I mentioned the situation to the receptionist and he simply didn't care at all

Super convenient. Unfortunately the pool table and arcade were non-existent and the patio bar was not staffed but the location was unbeatable and the patio atmosphere and hot tubs were great! Also Marco's Pizza delivered to the hotel, which was great!

The staff and convenience were the best parts of this experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The lovely breakfast was a huge added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

perfect for it's location; adequate lodging steps from the terminal. Rooms are small but nice, walls are thin so hope for quiet neighbors. Service is lacking tho, our family of four was provided two towels and when I went to the front desk to request more the only two staff members both had lines of 8-10 people waiting to check in.

Taking into account this is the very first hotel available when you arrive in San Juan, I think it could do better. The staff was great and friendly but the room was alright, not great. The room was clean and all, but it will need a touch up. The shower was loose as well as the faucet, but water ran normally. Breakfast was free and very good. If you’ll stay for a night or two, it’ll get the job done.
