I absolutely enjoyed my stay! The hotel staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean, and we felt secured. I in particular enjoyed having the constant hotel security to prevent any persons not allowed onto the property. They constantly kept watch of the guests and reassured that everyone was enjoying their time respectively. Our cleaning lady was superb for allowing us to have extra towels since our shower was spewing water underneath the curtain. It was not a big deal for us. Again, the staff were amazing. The second we pulled up, they were there assisting us with our bags, giving us the full details/amenities of the hotel, and were just so friendly. When we would go to the beach, they had staff members bring out chairs/tables/umbrellas, which was super helpful. The hotel was walking distance to shops and food. All in all I would rate this 10/10. Any future visits to PR or if friends ask for recommendations, I’ll be sure to point out this hotel!

The most spectacular stay. Beautiful property, amazing staff, the cleanliness was honestly impressive! We did have a problem but the staff fixed it immediately.

We loved the fact that it's a beach front property. Great views from our room, and we loved that they have a service to set up beach chairs and umbrellas for you. The hotel fee is very steep though.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The staff were all so friendly and helpful - from Maria at the bar to Kenneth and Myrna on the beach and Arturo at the door! The service on the beach and pool was excellent. Staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean. The only problem was the bathroom was small for me and my husband. The shiwer and the toilet were to close to each other.But i know for next time to ask for a more spacious bathroom. Other than thst my stay was great. Thank you.
