Overall our stay was pretty average considering we stood for a week. When it came to the room and services the pillows were hard and room service didn’t clean the floor or change the bedding. I was taken back by the additional daily guest fees and taxes which was added to the daily night stay fee.

The resort was nice staff was friendly , I only had one bad experience with one staff who was the bartender at the bar near the pool and restaurant he was not friendly and rude. However I loved Maria who was the waitress at Azure she made my night perfect with her friendly sweet and respectful attitude. Edward at the smoothie and justice bar was great nice & helpful! Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. Beach pool hotel was cleaned and smelled good Our room was cleaned daily. Food was great especially my truffle fries. I would recommend to my family and friends and would come back again! 10/10

We had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out- friendly, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There were a couple minor disappointments. Upon arrival we were informed the gym was out of service, which was unfortunate since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the same area. Additionally, we were hoping for a bit of music in the pool area to enhance the atmosphere. We later found out a DJ is scheduled on weekends, but only for a short two-hour window, which we missed. Despite these hiccups, the experience was overwhelmingly positive.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and man the staff was incredible!! 10/10 recommend! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even made our room cute with flower petals and towel swans. The views were so good with the ocean and pool views. We tried drinks and apps at the hotel bar but went different places for meals. We did a few excursions and they picked us up right at the hotel. Just definitely book the trip lol a time was had!!
