Ummmm, not what I was expecting.
After checking in here my kids told me they hope I never online date….with that being said, our a/c was nice and cold. The room was quiet. Our check in person was polite. No parking on site.

There was no good house keeping. The faucets were leaking as well as the AC. The sheets had some stains. It felt unsafe.

It’s an ok place on a budget
Got there no internet service . Service finally got fixed on the 4th day of my trip for just a few minutes, then it came back on again on the 5th day for a lil while with limited access. Can’t make or receive calls just text messaging could only be done. Stayed there for 6 days. Room service only on request, no refrigerator but got one when I requested and then they said they have none but finally found me one. Elevator is out dated. The positive thing about this place is it’s less than a minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to Walgreens , Walmart and lots of restaurants , even casinos. If you looking for a cheap place to just lay ur head then that will be it other than that no.

There was a power outage but the hotel had a generator which helped get everything back up. Room was clean, best was not to comfy but it was fine for the one night we stayed. right off the beach which is very convenient.

this hotel is a real scam the pictures you see is nothing close to reality, the rooms where pretty dirty, and they have humidity on the walls and I’m pretty sure mold too, the ac was dripping water too. I won’t recommend no body to stay here

Very close to Condado Beach. I stayed in a room and I even could have the sea view. The hotel needs urgent renovation though. For a 1 night stay, it was ok.

I didn’t stay here. As soon as I made check in I went to front desk to cancel. There were people with asthma on our party and the smell of humidity, and a rare smell capsule t let us stay there. All surfaces rusty starting from elevator, door handles. Room furniture all scratched… I contacted Expedia for a refund and didn’t help. Clerk refunded us the deposit and we went to other hotel. Very disappointed from Expedia.

The pictures are very deceiving. I stayed there for 3 days . The first day I had no WiFi at all, I was on the 2nd floor. I was told that there was an issue with the WiFi and they were working on it .i requested to be moved to a different room and the guy gave me an excuse stating that all the buildings are experiencing the same issue . The next morning I went downstairs to the front desk and requested to be moved. I was moved to the first floor . Both rooms were absolutely filthy, the toilets were dirty and sheets were dirty . We got bitten by ants that were all over the bed .there was a dead cockroach in the shower.I have pictures and I wish I could post them . It’s impossible to sleep . There is a bar next door and they play music all night . The staffs are also very loud. Please lock your doors!! A staff knocked on our door in the morning, we were sleeping and he proceeded to open the door. Thankfully, our door was locked .please save your money and go somewhere else !
