Overnight stay before cruise. Lovely location on edge of Old Town. Not able to get into the room until after 6pm, desk staff were so patient and professional. Biggest complaint was no ability to check out bags and sightsee day of departure, apparently not allowed, though told we could at check in. Ruined our day.

The two negative points that I found out was that did not refill the shampoo and conditioner bottle before giving us the room and they wouldn’t let you have your breakfast on the roof top. Why?? nobody could logically explain) I think that when someone is paying for staying, it is to enjoy a full capacity, all the areas hotel has to offer. Great location and Plenty restaurants around.

Great stay

People at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The property itself is great with great location. Amazing atmosphere and spacious and the rooms are nice. The staff at the restaurant was not smiling and not really friendly. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the manager. The rest of the servers were just food delivers.
