Perfect walking location in San Juan Puerto Rico. We were close to all of the shops and restaurants. We felt very safe being 2 younger women traveling together. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly

During our stay, there was a lot of remodeling construction going on although it was not in our way at all you could hear it at times. There's no better location for the cruise ships. I had a medical emergency (kidney stones) had to have emergency surgery twice for the same issue I called and sent numerous text and chats through Expedia about cancellation and they will not let me change my reservation for a later date or even credit me back my money. I not only missed this but also today (May 16, 2025) I should be boarding a cruise ship with Royal Caribbean for a 8 day cruise. This was supposed to be my first time to Puerto Rico and this makes me second guess my choices about even visiting this country and if they would all treat me like this makes me feel that the money is more important than a medical emergency. I never made it to the island or the hotel and I hope you all rot in hell for the way you treat people.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent stay! The staff of the reception was polite and very helpful, considering that our flight was delayed by 1 day. We paid for the evening even though we missed the first evening, but I understand that’s not the hotel fault. The food at Kueros, the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the service was top notch as well. Hotel is in a great location. Definitely my hotel of choice when we come back to San Juan!
