I’m disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pool, which was a major reason for my booking, wasn’t available, and I wasn't informed beforehand. I specifically wanted to enjoy the pool here, not at another hotel.

BEWARE!! Don’t come here if you don’t want….. Comfortable beds, great food. The hotel was beautiful. Room service cleaned our room, changed our sheets, and gave us clean towels daily. 24/7 room service. Poolside drink service. 24/7 Casino. When we booked they did not tell us there will be a $100.00 hold for every day you stay at the hotel- so if you stay 5 days, they hold $500.00. They also failed to mention the daily hotel flat rate of $49.00 a day. If you are traveling on a budget, this hotel is not for you.
