The biggest issue we had was only one working elevator for a 10 story building. the staff was very slow and not prompt in all services. The bathroom was not very clean and smelled damp on check in day. The beach chairs and umbrellas were shut down at 5 pm which hindered evening fun at the beach and the pool toys, slides etc were also put away/turned off which was a bummer. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family.

Incredible hotel, all of the employees were AMAZING the service was excellent. They exceeded my expectations. Shoutout to our favorite security guard chris for making our experience much better and making my friends and i feel super safe. We were very well taken care of and im grateful for all of the staffs help. The property is gorgeous im already looking to come back in a couple months. Thank you!!!!

The room was perfect. Definitely better than my expectations. For the price, well worth it. The views, pools and grounds are very nice. Staff was super wonderfully nice. The pool area could have used a few more lounge chairs.

The cleaning staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and willing to help you with anything! On the other hand i hope the absolutely ridiculous "hotel fees" go towards fixing the broken elevators! At one point we waited in a line to walk up the steps. Sadly i saw a member of the cleaning staff being yelled at about timely cleaning of a room. As they proudly step aside as hundreds of guests are forced to use the employee elevator. (SORRY THAT UPSET ME!!) Overall our room was a oceanfront king. It was clean, had modern layout with beautiful views. Bar and pool staff work extremely hard and organized to keep the food and drinks flowing!

My wife and I came here for a little getaway. Overall we had a great time, the room was average, the view was great, the private beach was nice and they had a pool, salt pool, and hottub available. There were many odd issues though, the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly at the time we arrived, they did not have toothpaste in the room so when I requested it they said they usually do have it but that they were out of stock the entire time we were there. Lastly, they had two elevators down so there was only one elevator available for all the guests of this 10 floor hotel so it took forever to get one. Great area, easy to get to a lot of places like old San Juan.

The property is very run down and desperately needs repairs/renovations. The main elevators were nonfunctional, so guests had to use the service elevators or the pool elevator. My room door was missing the battery cover to the lock, which was very unsafe. However, they did immediately replace it; there was a stain on my bed sheets, which was also immediately replaced; the lock on the door for the balcony was a bit corroded and made it difficult to open the door to the balcony; the sofa in the room was greatly stained and was not appealing to sit on; on Saturday I lost power to my room randomly, even though the hotel itself still had power. I was not impressed with this stay.

Property in great location. Staff was very nice! However the building needs major upgrades. Both hotel guest elevators were broken the entire trip. Hotel room door lock was not working twice. Had to wait on maintenance to come and repair.

This definitely was not run like a hilton. There was only one elevator working, so we had to use the service elevator. They never put a picture of water out for anybody. They did not offer complimentary coffee in the morning. As a diamond member, they did not welcome me as such. And come to find out after 6 days at the hotel, I could have been getting a free breakfast across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn. They play music so loud in there even at 7:00 in the morning it's horrible! They had a DJ in there playing music at 10:00 at night and you couldn't even talk to the person across from you. I could not even hear the concierge talking to me. The pools are beautiful. And the rooms are clean, but they are all tile floors, and are very slippery.
