Communication was horrible. We stood outside the property for 2 hours until we were given the codes to our rooms (which were wrong). I had NO HOT WATER and had to take cold showers every day. There was NO WIFI. They gave a wifi code, but their wifi didn't even show up in the rooms. There was no phone reception in any of the rooms. We had to go outside or up to the roof to get wifi and phone reception. There were multiple different puddles/leaks in my room that leaked onto my clothes. The soap dispensers in shower and by the sink were filled with water, not soap. The blanket on my bed was not cleaned. Grass outside of the facility was severely overgrown. Mosquito infestation. The facility was not taken care of. I texted them every day with no resolution and no response. I wanted to pay to stay somewhere else

Don't let the bargain price fool you! There was no wifi, therefore also no working tv with netflix/hulu, etc. They blamed it on the temp blackout, but even after blackout it still didn't come back. Common area with microwave, etc was closed off. The room itself has no furniture besides a bed & chair, so no desk to rest anything, not even anywhere to rest phone or put clothes. Poor room ventilation caused the floors to remain wet/damp around fridge throughout whole stay. Bed overly soft and not comfy. Personally, I wouldn't recommend staying here longer than a few hrs. It looks nothing like the pics and not comfortable. I also badly injured my foot on the front of bed, so be careful of that area.

Okey for a night
After reading the many bad reviews (after booking, but before arriving) we were positively surpriced. The room was big, large and comfortable beds. Wifi was only available on roof top, not in the room. We didn't get the promissed check in message, so we had to call a number when standing at the gate to get instructions how to get in.

Humidity, low shower pressure, smell of humidity, AC was always in fan mode not cooling at all. Wet floor constantly never got dried because of humidity. Nothing like what pictures depicted. I would no stay there again. Dont recommend unless they fix in the future … conveniently close to airport but nothing else

It served its purpose, needed a last min stay close to the airport. It was within walking distance of the beaches, grocery store and restaurants. The areas that could use improvements are the water pressure in the shower, more linens ( washcloths etc) bigger pillows and comforters.

I will start with the famous quote, "honesty is the best policy." I booked a room from Wednesday to Saturday, and during this time I had no Wi-Fi connection. I was given a Wi-Fi password of abc123@ and was told ot was working even though i said it was short. I have screen shot messages to prove it all. The owner said on day one they were having Wi-Fi problems and it will be fixed the next day. Day two the owner said that house keeping will come around 9am and connect us.....Never came. Day two the owner said that they went to the property around 1pm and the wifi worked fine. I asked the owner if they can give me the password that they are using so I can connect and he gave the same password abd123@. I made it very clear again that it was short. Daily i had go walk 3/4 of a mile to Burger King to get wifi to do work and order an uber. Construction was happening on property and at 730am they are Construction workers with jigsaws and hammers. No notice was given. On the day of check out Saturday, I had to get one of the same Construction workers to order a taxi for me and upoj arrival at the airport i messaged the property owner to let them know i had left the building and we had 4 days of no wifi. He then responds and say, sorry for the inconvenience but the wifi password is abc1234@. What is the point of telling me this now AFTER we have checked out!! I have screenshots to prove the entire ordeal.

They switched us to a different hotel at last minute. The hotel they switched us to is highly disappointing. The room lacks windows, we experienced numerous mosquito bites, and it is an adult-only establishment. Our group includes minors, which is unacceptable. I request a refund.

My stay was overnight, the room was nice, comfortable as usual, stayed here 3 times total now. Checkin was excellent, simple instructions, places to eat are in walking distance. Only complaint is the significantly higher price per night compared to my previous stays. If it wasn’t for my last minute booking I would have chose a different option.

Great stay. My mom is handicap and could not climb the stairs. The hotel was able to accommodate immediate without hesitation. Thank you for the stay. Great location. Wonderful clean big room.
