I did enjoy your hotel but there was a detail that I believe it should be corrected. My shower did not have a curtain .there was a pool of water in front of the toilet after taking a shower. They should maintain the grass in front of the hotel,it would look nicer.

Me gusto mucho el area por la playa la disfrute al maximo ,pero la havitacion necesita mas comodidad y la comunicacion con los encargados no fue la mejor ,las chicas de la limpieza muy agradables realmenete ellas merecen un perfecto .,No se si cuando regrese me hospede aca ....

El Poshtel queda cerca del aeropuerto y el viejo San Juan, de fácil acceso a la propiedad y fácil llegada a la playa de Carolina. Es un hospedaje que tiene lo básico y son lujos. Lo recomiendo

This property is nothing like in the pictures. My room had water leaking for the ceiling. The windows didn't lock. The bathroom was dirty. I would like a manager to get contact with me from expedia because you guys didnt push hard to canacel my room and i would like a full refund.

My family and I stayed here for one night. The check in process was so smooth and easy. We stayed in the apartment that fits 6-guest. I loved that we were two blocks away from the beach. Great restaurants near by. It’s a great location.
