I love how tucked away this property is . It’s out of the way and so serene . Everyone is soo nice and helpful . You don’t even have to get off the property. It has everything you’ll need. The beach, pools and so much things to do including tennis , biking etc. I got a massage from the rainforest spa 10/10.. heavenly .. I would highly recommend this hotel .

The property is beautiful with lots of things to do. We had the misfortune of being there during a big conference that excluded us from using certain areas but still subjected us to hearing the band playing loudly for two days and fireworks after we were already asleep. It took away from our experience. We were also disappointed that none of the bikes were available to rent and most restaurant options were very expensive.

The room was really nice and comfortable. The balcony was big, bathroom was a decent size, overall nice esthetic. There are multiple dining / eating options on the property. Anything we asked for from the staff was done quickly. The beach is connected to the property, which is convenient. The pool area was huge, and spacious with plenty of seating inside and outside of the pool. Sceneries were beautiful, grounds were well kept. They had social activities happening at different times throughout the day for different age groups (I thought that was cute and considerate). 2 of the excursions I booked had vans pick my group and I up from the hotel, the price of the ride was included in the excursion, and it was like that for other excursions as well. I did accure a 35$ charge everyday. Can’t remember if it was a service fee or resort fee, but was definitely a fee of some kind. The property is kind of, “out the way” it was about a 30 minute drive to the hotel from the airport, and as we got closer to the hotel it seems to be in an isolated area. Overall had a great time. Would definitely recommend. You’ll love it for sure

A Wonderful Stay Perfect for Families! We recently stayed at this property and had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was very well organized, and we were so grateful they had baby cribs available upon request it truly saved us! This place is the definition of relaxation. It’s peaceful, yet ideally located most sightseeing spots are within an hour’s drive or less. Our favorite part of each day was breakfast! It’s definitely worth purchasing the breakfast option they offer a great selection, and it helped us start our day right. We chose to have lunch and dinner at local spots nearby unless we felt like going gourmet. The on site spa is a must-try. I had an amazing massage that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Overall, this is a place we’d love to return to. It’s super family friendly, and you can tell they’ve put thought into making guests feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Very clean and beautiful area. Calm beach area and nice pools. Very close to San Juan and to east end of the island if you are wanting to visit Fajardo, Culebra, or Vieques and El Yunque. Nice staff and clean rooms.

Came for a weekend trip and will definitely be coming back! From the service to the check out everything was smooth! All staff members were amazing! Shout out to Carlos the bell man he took take of us the first day!
