My stay was not pleasant. Although the front desk was welcoming, the room amenities were not as promised. The floor was damp, the Internet did not work for the first part of our stay, our room was not cleaned on 1/12 despite us informing cleaning staff to come back in an hour to clean our room and the toilet was perpetually running and on 1/12 was presenting difficulties with flushing. The area is close to condado and other popular locations.

Nice location. The staff very nice. The whole hotel is falling a part. No hairdryer, iron, microwave neither. The sheets were so old so the towels. The side mirror in the bathroom fall as soon as i thouch it. I would be a very nice Hotel if the repair it. If i coul give 0 stort i would.

great hotel for the location and price. staff was friendly and helpful. Perhaps not a luxury hotel but perfect for our needs and really cannot beat the location if you want to check out the san juan area.

I loved the location, the room was just perfect for my needs. There is a problem with water damage, my room was constantly wet from the floors, to ceiling, walls etc. I was out majority of the time so it didn’t bother too much. Walking distance to the lagoon, some shops nearby, and nightlife. Beach is walking distance, lots of food options.

We had just a one night stay before we departed for a cruise. The room was very small and was very damp. The carpet in the hallway was spotted with what was likely mold. Almost all metal fixtures in the room were rusted. Bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were so awful and scratchy. We made due for the one night but if we had a longer stay we definitely would have changed hotels. I will say the check in and out was great, the staff was great, just the conditions of the room left much to be desired.

It is located in a very walkable area lots of things to do. Felt safe walking late at night. However, it definitely needs an update bed sounded like it was breaking every time one sat. It was very stuffy and smelled moldy. Everything just looked worn out. When cleaning the rooms each day all they did was clean the bathroom counter and replace towels with clean ones. Despite all this the staff was amazing very helpful, friendly, and gave great recommendations.

When we first got to the room and place our items in the table, little tiny ants appeared on the table. I immediately let the desk person know this. Then the next night the power went out. There was no power for almost 3days and the AC was out for three nights. It was extremely hot in our room for the majority of our stay. The roof top hot tub was cold, never hot. It was won of the worst stays ever for me.
