I have never been to a hotel at check in time and its not ready until now. Got here at 3:45. Wasnt ready. Fine sat down waited an HOUR for my room to be ready. I even asked after a half hour of waiting if they could just give me a room thats ready but nope she insisted i wait. I told her my room comes with wine and she jokingly said sparkling water probably assuming i was joking. The actually room is small come with the basics but no lotion. The next day i went out for breakfast and came back to the electricity being out at the hotel.

We had an issue with our room that was immediately resolved by transferring to another room. There were no elevators and were on the third floor. Staff was super nice and readily available. Lots of entertainment in the area and close to other tourist areas. I would stay here again!

Very simple, clean and a bit trendy. Staff is not your typical hotel staff. They also seem educated and trendy. Great first impression. Staff appearance and attitude is so important.

Very clean, small rooms; property is very safe once you are within the property gate; free parking in a safe lot; within walking distance of Old San Juan (25 mins). Just a few limited dining options directly around the property.

I recommend everyone to stay here super clean and the locals are beyond friendly. The hotel staff was beyond nice and we even got beer and water when we checked in. They even let us get an extra day since our flight was changed they held our luggage until our new room was ready so we can hit the town.

This hotel offers good value versus the cost.
The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Vivian. The staff and management went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs. All concerns and issues were dealt with in an amicable and respectful professional manner.

Walking distance to old San Juan, Staff was amazing, kept the rooms very clean every day, my friend and I felt very safe staying there. For my next visit to PR I definitely stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful, housekeeping kept up with the rooms. The property is very clean and felt safe at all times. It was only like a 10 minute walk to Old San Juan and a beautiful one if you take the route from the port side.
