I love this property! We actually stay here every visit. The staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming! The 24 hour pharmacy is on the corner, one block away there is a small plaza with a few great food options if needed, isla verde beach is two blocks away and if you walk about a mile there are a few lowkey bars. This place is a gem! There is a adorable walk up cafe in the lobby with the warmest macchiato’s, restaurant where breakfast buffet is “held” is a cute, clean and actual restaurant with option to sit outdoor and let’s not forget to mention their second restaurant with a full bar! This hotel is just about 10-13 mins away from the airport and by a number of other hotels. There is constant foot traffic through the area especially since there is a 24 hr pueblo supermarket a few mins walking distance. Safe to say I love this hotel! My ONLY complaint this time around (SEPT ‘24) we had no idea that the POOL, gym, laundry room and other half of hotel were all closed for renovations. The pool is one of the biggest reasons we come to the hotel because it is LARGE! Laundry room is normally 24 hours and gym has a great view and secluded. I wish we would’ve known this prior to booking because of course we pay the price to stay here because a pool is included. With all that being said if I return before renovations are complete I will sadly stay in one of the neighboring hotels. I’m excited for what’s to come however disappointed that we were not notified prior to the trip.

I did like personal that works there very helpful and courteous at all times. The bad of the hotel was that it was under remodeling the pool was not available in the hotel and they had no warning of any type on the website also I had a bad refrigerator that’s replaced with a rusty and dirty one.house keeping very bad not just for me but for a few guess towels never replace and we had to go to front desk to ask for it. I was very disappointed.

The property is under renovation. The pool was not available but we did get a beach pass. I’ve used this hotel many times. The staff is wonderful. However, I would not use this hotel until the renovation is completed.

even with the construction going on my hotel stay was good. Rooms do need some updating but nothing serious. There is a restaurant on site and a coffee shop. Stores and restaurants are also walking distance. My husband and I used Uber to get around as we wanted to go to old San Juan and La placita and it was very easy and cheap. The staff was polite and came everyday to check if I needed anything(water, towels etc.) the pool is closed due to the construction but they have a shuttle taking you to a sister hotel and that was very good. We got to chill at the other hotel and use the pool. Overall we had a good time and can’t wait to see how it will look after construction is done.

Gabriel at the front desk was very nice, and the room was clean, but that's the only good things I have to say about this "resort". The lobby had a weird smell, no ice bucket in the room, no coffee maker (even the cheapest hotel I've stayed in had a coffee maker in the room). 1 small cup of tea was almost 3 dollars. The internet did not work, although we reported it to the front desk, construction workers woke us up at 7am pounding. The pool was under construction as well, so if you wanted to swim you had to be bused somewhere else. I would not call this place a resort. I paid 230.00 for 1 night, then they add on a "Resort" fee of 49.00. This is not a resort in my opinion and I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel, Ever!!

First of all, when I booked there was no indication that the pool was not in service. I requested a refund and the hotel denied it. The room was ok. Bed was comfy but sheets smelled. I will not stay here again.

Let me start by saying , staff was amazing. This review has nothing to do with staff, it has everything to do with the hotel and condition of hotel. I booked the hotel because of pool. There is not pool at the hotel, it’s under construction. When booking it’s should be made known, it was not. The hotel has a terrible old water smell which is over whelming. The rooms are very outdated. They look nothing like the advertised photos. The room had something spilled all over one wall and was never cleaned. Bathroom shower had rust all over faucets. The tub floor was peeling old paint. Don’t waste your money .

From the outside the property looks nice. Is well localized, with the beach very near. Once you enter the property the air conditioning at the lobby wasn’t functioning. The pool was in renovations and at check in nobody told me. Once I entered the room it was like you enter to a motel room. Needs updating rush. The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bedding was very light, no comforter. The bathroom was horrible and small. The way to the bathroom/closet was an awkward waste of space. The shower handle was broken. The only good thing about this stay was the late checkout.
