The outside of the property could use some TLC. The rooms are comfortable but dated. It’s fine for one night. It’s walking distance to the fairgrounds. Ten minutes to Vina Robles. The area is very congested with traffic so turning out onto 24th Street is difficult.

Older but well cared-for property, quiet and nicely appointed rooms, clean, bathroom has sink and openable window. Nice pool and hot tub, thoughtful touches around property. Ice is avail, laundry, and McD next door. No bfast, but muffins and coffee in office. Housekeeping terrific, office staff is efficient. Perhaps a bit pricey for 3 star, but enjoyable. Paso Robles has arrived!

It was next to an Arco with a lot of transients, but the property was fenced on that side. Very well maintained, loved the cleanliness and amenities. Only downfall was the bed...way too soft and I felt like my head was facing down/backwards. Mattress probably needed to be turned. It was also on a platform and I am only 5 feet tall.
