Arroyo Village Inn is a hidden little treasure! Close enough for walking to down town and far enough away for pease and quiet. Best deal around that area by far Such a pleasurable experience, probably shouldn’t make too many comments or it’ll be overrun and I won’t get to stay there again

VERY basic accommodations

This is a VERY basic accommodation. The positives: the room was clean and the inn is in walking distance of Arroyo Grande Village. The staff was polite. The negatives: it definitely needs a makeover. There was a small sink outside the bathroom with no room for toiletries, with thin towels, and a bathroom shower stall that has seen better days. There are no hooks or surfaces to hang wet towels, toiletries, etc. Not a room I would care to spend time in. The AC/heater is very noisy and the walls are thin. We could hear the guest next door coughing all night.
