It is close to Highway 101. I stayed one night and it was easy to continue my trip. It is nice in downtown of San Luis Obispo.

Very well located and well maintained, the do not disturb signs tend to fall off the door however so just be careful with that.

Older property, but clean. Rooms on the small side. No sofa or love seat. No breakfast of any kind. Not enough parking spaces for all the rooms! Would be a problem when full. Excellent location on the edge of old town San Luis Obispo. Good price.
