Very convenient location, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and so close to downtown and its interesting shops and excellent restaurants. We always stay here on our way up and down the coast.

MONEY GRAB

Everything about the hotel was fine—clean, comfortable, decent amenities—but the excessive nickel-and-diming ruined the experience. You’re charged for *everything*. Didn’t turn in your key? That’s a fee. Stay even 10 minutes past checkout? That’s a flat $50 charge, no grace period, no flexibility. It feels less like hospitality and more like a money grab. I expect to pay for services, but this place goes out of its way to squeeze every dollar it can out of you. Disappointing and unnecessary.
