Comfortable stay and an amazing location,close to downtown and restaurants.Very convenient and the room was really nice .The employees at the front desk were very friendly and even helped me out with a map of things to do!

Good property for the price in San Luis Obispo. Strict on rules as others have noted - but that is a positive as the property was quiet and clean. Lighting in the room was a bit too low - some extra wattage would have been good for work. Good to have the refrigerator and microwave.

Small room & very tight with 2 beds. Where to set down luggage a problem for 2 people, especially if you have “clamshell” type. Luckily we each had small 19” overnighters - utilizing the little table in the room. Front desk needed to be more welcoming. Otherwise, very clean with remodeled bathroom. Excellent bed! Ample parking & 15 min walk to downtown core (we are seniors). Good for overnight stay.

We reserved 2 rooms. One for me and my husband, and one for my mom. While I was checking in, my room, my mom fell in the parking lot. The front desk attendant said “ oh my gosh”. I went out to help her. She was laying on the ground for quite some time, unable to get up. Once we were finally able to get her, she hobbled back to the car. I went back inside the attendant didn’t ask if she was okay or offer any assistance. I asked where the nearest hospital was to have her looked at. He wasn’t sure. He just gave me our keys and said don’t worry about her coming in personally and that he moved her to a downstairs room figuring she might need it. We were in town for 3 more days. She spent the vacation time in the hospital with a broken pelvis and hip. No one ever reached out to us to check on her. At check out we spoke to what seemed to be the owners. They just said sorry and that they would talk to the attendant. Horrible customer service!!! I would never stay here again and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
