Good Location but do need customer service

The location was excellent. The service could be better. We have trouble with remote control which would not allow to change channel. I had to do it manually. There were not service in the evening. I was trying to find a ice machine for ice which was not available. I tried ringing for service at the lobby but there were no person working. Overall, if you are looking right at the pier, this is the place.

Lovely plantings, room was clean, good view. classic old roadside motel. Paper thin walls, no water pressure, window doesn’t open, and midway through checking in the clerk just disappeared for twenty minutes.

The rooms faced the ocean, and it was so cute. They're old so don't expect a brand-new hotel but for the price we were comfortable, warm and it came with cinnamon rolls! Parking is also easy and free.

Love the location, the beds are comfortable, and the garden is cute. The is friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night. The only thing that I would say is if you move your car durring the day, be prepared to not be able to find a close spot until late afternoon/ early evening.

Stay Away - Worst, Smelly place ever!!!!

I would give this minus stars if I could. The only good thing about this place is the location. We left a day early, without a refund do to the poor condition of the room. There was such a STRONG CAT PEE smell, bugs crawling on the baseboards and then on the bed, black mold in the shower. Just disgust throughout the teeny tiny room. Talked to the manager, she said she would have the owner call me the next day. Well it's been 6 days and still no call or refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to smell like cat pee and have bugs on you. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into a bunch of stinky laundry. This place is terrible.

The most comfortable beds

I have never felt a more comfortable bed in any Motel I've ever stayed in. I felt at home, the staff is great, and what a beautiful place.
