Had two problems that were taking care of immediately. My AC unit wasn't working, and had no power. Before checkout time my key card lost its access. Both problems were taken care of right away.

The room was clean however there was NO place to hang clothes. Bathroom was cold, no heat. We asked for a blow dryer and was told there weren't any. No place for toiletries in the very spacious handicapped shower. No counter space in the bath area for toothbrushes, etc. Mattress was comfy but pillows left something to be desired. Lots of plugs around room except for near the table where I used my lap top. Had to set it on the garbage can to plug it in overnight. Husband took other chair and set his lap top on the bed to work. The lamps had a USB plug as well as outlets. We brought our tower for charging other devices which helped. Barking dogs we annoying.

Clean, comfortable and just what we needed for an overnight stay at the right price in Paso Robles! It also turned out to be walking distance from a family run Mexican eatery with SPECTACULAR home-cooked Birria, One-of-a-Kind Mexican Restaurant (that’s literally its name).

Power was out, and the attendant wasn’t able to help. Could not check us in, could not refund, could not care about customers. He was simply telling people that power was out and he couldn’t do anything. No manager on site, nobody could do anything. Now I have to deal with contesting the charge. What’s worse is that I gave him my contact info to reach out when power returned. He never called back, but power was back on within the hour. Be cautious.

Everything was exactly as advertised, maybe even better. No frills budget motel, but clean and quiet. Fridge and microwave in room are a welcome bonus. Nice grounds for pets, enjoyed the stay!

Nice, clean room. The owner did some upgrades, and does care about the quality of her hotel. It's a solid four stars. In my room the fridge nub was gone and the shower sprayed in all directions, but those are minor inconveniences. I like the town of Paso Robles. The downtown is nearby and offers some nice restaurants and boutiques.

Room was only okay, bathroom was small and cramped with very little counter space. It was a bit noisy, and walls did not help much. Worked as a crash pad, which was all we wanted.
