Went here for my boyfriend's birthday after Christmas and truly appreciate the small gift and note when we arrived at our room! 🍾 They're very helpful with the special items like essential toiletries we didn't have. Very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. And the room was clean, really like the classy decorations and furniture. Bathroom and shower was spacious and liked the handle bars for safety. The TV was nice, the closet had hangers and the small store downstairs was stocked with food and essentials if needed. If you're looking for room service and to be pampered, maybe look elsewhere, but if you're looking for quality stay on a good budget, this is perfect for us as a couple.

Nice hotel, good interior design in main areas and in the rooms. Beds are comfortable, bathroom was nice and modern. The only downside was being given paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast, for a Hilton hotel I was not expecting a fast food style breakfast buffet.

Great location, close to good restaurants and shops, was surprised by charges related to parking since this is the first I've seen this, breakfast has a good selection, cleaning staff does a great job of cleaning rooms and bathrooms, the beds are not as comfortable as I had hoped, but I've had worse and also found the pillows were not that comfortable either. Luckily there is a Target & Ross near by so we stopped by to buy our own pillows so that was a bonus.

Very nice hotel but the $10 parking will keep me from going back. It was nowhere listed on hotels.com and I just think it’s ridiculous to pay for parking in Paso Robles. I’ve stayed here a half of dozen times and now this will be the last.
